Employees were super nice but I usually pay 88 dollars to get my oil changed including checking tire pressure and all. I walked out yesterday paying 120 something. I knew about 9.99 on some so called low coolant, supposedly 2 quarts low but then I read in my book to my car and it said the light would of come on if low, so pretty sure that wasn't true. Then another 9.99 for shop supplies? What was that? Very annoyed, I feel like I should of waited and went somewhere else. Lesson learned!

Great Staff with Honor and Integrity. Everything was explained and they showed me the parts to replace. And told me the parts or Services that were not needed.

Using JL for vehicle inspection. Got there just after the only perdón who does the inspection had gone to lunch. Had to come back in 30 minutes. Very good service when he got there. Maybe need to cross train a second person to do vehícle inspections or post a time when the person who does inspection will not be there.???
To be fair, I did not call in advance and schedule the inspection.
Will cont to use services for routine maintenance & inspections but will call ahead.

Oil change and tire rotation in 11 minutes, using a torque wrench at the right torque specification, wow! Thanks again guys, you made my day.

I had a very good experience at Jiffy Lube. Nate greeted me when I arrived and offered to let me wait in the office while he took care of my car and performed the oil change. The service was quick and friendly, and I was very pleased with the overall experience.

Great Service, and they know what they're doing without price gouging. I take the Company vehicle, my personal, and have sent friends. Ask for Jeremy or Nathan and things get fixed. The boots on the ground should all get a pay raise for keeping the place going in the right direction. Affordable and they actually work! Thank y'all!
