Price went up $12.00 a month with nothing being said about mandatory insurance.
Not very happy about that and I don't do business like that.

Signed up Sunday, got a call Monday morning asking if I was ready to move out..,. hadn't even moved anything in yet. Woman on the phone was giving me information that was different from that found on-line. I canceled my rental, was told I wouldn't be charged, and then had to file a dispute with my bank to get refunded. Incompetent staff.. I bought a storage shed for what would work out to 3.5 months of rent here... guess I'm better off without them.

This is my third time using this establishment. They are always friendly, very clean, and easy to work with. Plus the free moving truck for its customers has helped me out a few times when in a pinch.

This storage place was exactly what we needed. We were storing here while our house was built and it was safe, secure, great priced, and the people are fabulous. I have never had a bad or negative experience here!!

Literally had a huge emergency, storing ALL of our gymnastics business equipment. PODS dropped the ball on the very day of delivery with no solution. Thank the Lord for Renee and Morningstar! Great communication and customer care in making the moving process as stress-free as possible! Facility is well kept, secure, and reasonably priced. I'm confident my belongings will be just fine as they are stored here. Renee was extremely helpful by providing a map and everything I needed via email, ensuring everything went smoothly upon my arrival!

The day before my personal belongings and furniture was to be delivered, I received a phone call from the moving company stating they could not deliver to my original storage facility.They were arriving in an 18 wheeler semi-truck so I had to find a last minute storage facility. I called Morning Star and spoke to Renee who assured me that it would be no problem. Her professionalism and support saved the day for me!Morningstar is probably the only facility in Bulverde Texas that can accommodate an 18 wheeler semi-truck.
