I first went to Omni with a locked up muscle in my back. I had suffered with it for weeks. I had tried the ER, my pain doctor and my primary. Anti-inflammatory and steroid meds didn't help it. I decided to try massage or acupuncture, whichever I could get into the earliest. Omni's massage therapist had an opening that morning, so they won. After the massage I wasn't sure they could help either, but the next day I felt a little better. It took multiple sessions to get the muscle loosened up. I then began working with Dr. Masso on therapy and chiropractic adjustments.
My back is a mess. I have one fusion and traditional medicine says I need three more. I was very afraid of being adjusted that it would cause something to snap wrong and force me to get the fusion surgery. After viewing my MRI's Dr Masso has been very careful with both adjustments and physical therapy. I have been too careful with my back and the near constant use of a back brace has caused other muscular problems. Doc is a gifted physical therapist and has done an outstanding job on helping me get back on track. His skills in both therapy and chiropractic are what I needed to navigate my issues.
Finally, they don't take insurance. I get it, I wouldn't either in the current environment. BUT - their services are very reasonable. I didn't care initially, I was in so much pain and the doctors who did take my insurance weren't helping, but now that I am getting better I find it worth it to pay for their help out of my HSA savings.
P.S. - Brittany, the receptionist, is wonderful. She remembers you when you come in and is a great conversationilst if you have to wait for a short bit for the doc or Esther.

The entire process was first class from my initial call. Brittani was very accommodating regarding my request to require back to back appointments with my wife as I was unable to drive.
I had a number of medical issues to discuss before my chiropractor made any adjustments and Dr. Masso took the time to listen and understand my concerns. He spent time to explain how and where he was going to start attempting to correct my issues.
Felt soar after the initial adjustments however the following day I already had much more mobility.
Thank you both for making life a little more manageable!!!

Well located and properly equipped facility. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Check-in process was quick and well explained. Dr. Masso and his staff are very knowledgeable and quick to complete a thorough examination. Completed appointment with adjustments and therapy. Check-out was seamless and follow up visits were completed.

My non-medical leisure pampering massage session with Esther was great, awesome, amazing...and highly recommended!! Massage room is soothing & relaxing. Massage bed & sheet/blanket covers are heated....oh so comfy!! Esther is a tenured massage therapist & her skills are impressive. Perfect pressure with light-touch on my face & jaw line, the DEEEEP tissue massage on my shoulders/rhomboids & spot-on pressure points to my arm/wrist which are over worked/stressed by mouse/keyboard typing at my desk job. All are courteous, timely, and helpful. the treatments I have had have beneficial. Dr Masso has listened to my concerns and observations and acted accordingly. He is not high pressure which I appreciate.
