The brakes on my elderly mother's vehicle were failing, with the brake pedal going all the way to the floor when she pressed it. Romeo diagnosed the issue, had it fixed in less than 24 hours, and for the price he quoted. With the master cylinder now replaced, her brakes are working perfectly. His prices were fair too! My heartfelt gratitude goes out to Rincon Auto Repair for quickly and efficiently making her vehicle safe to drive again!

Great customer service! I’m sure they’ll can’t always do this, but I was heading out of town and needed a brake job. They were able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road. Super fair pricing on top of everything. Will be back and highly recommend!

I simply do not have the words to describe what a wonderful experience I had with Rincon Auto Repair!
It’s always no fun to walk out and find fluid under your vehicle. I thought it was coolant (which it was) and was even able to find a location where I thought it was leaking. I called Rincon and he helped me diagnose the problem. He could have said “just bring it in”, but instead, he walked me through some troubleshooting.
He also could have said to just drive it straight there, but out of safety and care for my vehicle, he wanted to make sure my vehicle had enough coolant to make the drive to his shop (who does that these days?).
And what a shop it is! Close, convenient, behind a locked gate with security cameras, and a very clean and presentable shop. Someone who takes this good of care of his own things will certainly do the same with your vehicle!
He pressure tested the system, determined the faulty component (water pump), and gave an honest, and VERY accurate cost of repair. Everything communicated simply and clearly over the phone.
I gave the “go ahead” and Rincon’s team went to work and got my vehicle back on the road in less than 2 days!
Time to get my vehicle looked at: less than 1 hour. Time to get a phone call with diagnosis: less than 4 hours. Work began immediately (even with a rare snow/ice storm in progress!). And in a day and a half, I was picking up my vehicle and paying exactly what he quoted.
His business card states “working hard to earn your trust”. Rincon auto repair did both! They certainly work hard, professionally, and with attention to detail. They also have earned my trust.

Terrible business practices! We had taken our truck to Romeo to have engine replaced, he quoted one price, then changed the price 3 different times. My husband told him no, it wasn't worth fixing it with the last price he had quoted. He then told us he would give us to the next day to get it removed from premises, otherwise he would charge storage rent, this was a weekend, so didn't have time to find another shop since most close at 12 on Saturday, or are closed on weekends. We didn't reside in the area as of that date, so had no home to tow it to, he knew this, yet didn't care. His whole plan was to buy the truck for a cheap price, drop engine in and make 9-10 grand for truck. We really didn't have a choice, but to sell it to him, and he knew it. We ended up selling it to him for1,300.00. We are retired senior citizens and felt he took full advantage of the fact. I wouldn't recommend this business!Service: Engine repair
