If no stars was an option. John came out and worked on my riding mower one evening till 10:30 pm to change 3 belts. He put it back together and now it won’t drive. He was paid but won’t honor his agreement and will not return calls or texts. You’ve been warned, take your business elsewhere.

Took Honda mower to John. Said he'd get to it the day that I dropped it off and that he thought it was a simple fix. Three weeks later, he still had the mower and made every excuse on ordering one part and then another and that he was working on it and would have it finished the day in called. He did this over and over. I had to go to his place to demand return of my mower.

John has had my chainsaw in his possession for 4+ months…says waiting for a carburetor kit. Several attempts have been made to contact him with no reply. His last communication was that it was almost fixed and he will drop it off, that was over a month ago.
Went by his house…it was ghost town..still no answer.
I wish I read through his reviews before calling him.
John I’ll need my saw back or cash value of its worth

DON'T GO HERE - took a rider in for broken control cable, 3 days later said fixed with used part- ok. He drove it on the trailer and handed me key, so as no test demo... charged $125 cash? Got home and was not fixed. Called for days, took back, week later, went and picked up in same spot left, key in same hidden spot, so no work attempted. Took to another shop, got new correct cable, was fixed days later.

I dropped off my Echo Model 210 trimmer on January 2, and was told this wouldn't be a long or complicated fix. (The purge bulb was broken.) Now it's January 31, I haven't heard from him. I've called three times in the last week, leaving messages each time, and haven't heard back. Next step will be having to drive all the way out there, retrieve my (presumably unrepaired) trimmer, and take it somewhere else.Update 2/5: I finally got an answer, was told the trimmer was ready, and came out to get it. It would start but then immediately stall. Adding a gasket around the carburetor didn't fix it. So it's still there, not fixed. I intend to get it Wednesday.Update 2/7: Picked up the pieces of my trimmer from the front lawn. Though it was business hours, the owner was not there and did not answer phone. (I had left over 5 messages the previous day trying to get in touch.) I will have to take the pieces to another shop and pay them to put it back together again and fix it.
