Once I get to the front of the line, I know that I will have their undivided time and attention.Today was a great example of why I love this location. I pulled up 3 minutes before closing with a riding lawnmower tire that was leaking at the rim. It was raining and a guy named Jake came out to greet me from the bay. I didn’t expect anything. I simply said, “I know you are about to close. I don’t expect anything, but what is the best way for me to fix this?” Jake looked and said, “I will do it right now!” He took the tire. Fixed it promptly and loaded it back in my truck. I was super impressed with his attitude and willingness to help.That is the type of service that will continue to bring me back for years to come!”
