If there is anyone trying to work the system it is this place.
They lied about how much gas was in the vehicle, they got mad bc we got a great deal online and tried to dispute the price with a general manager before we could take it. Rude about anything you ask.
10/10 would not recommend

All was easy and fast even returning truck back. I will definitely use them again!!
Only thing is use front door to store and not back door where equipment is kept.

Uhaul was not ready. He lied by saying that the Uhaul was not ready because it was not in the database. His quote "It magically disappeared for 5 minutes". Mr. Crumugen would not give me clear next steps and made it clear I WAS AN INCONVIENCE, NOT A VALUED CUSTOMER!All the delays and inconveniences would be acceptable if they would just own it and be polite.

Best customer service I've seen in a WHILE!! This one man show gives full fledged locations a run for their money. Recommending and will re-visit for sure.

Tried to rent a truck at 11:51 and the man refused to take my reservation over the phone because he closed at noon. He kept saying, I close in 7 minutes. I close in 7 minutes. I will take my business to somebody who wants it.
