So I brought a box in because Amazon requires a box but apparently my cardboard box wasn’t good enough so I had to buy a bag.
Then, when I asked the lady if I could throw my box that I could no longer use in the trash, she said we don’t have any trash cans.
So I politely pointed at the trashcan under the counter and said OK.
I took my box that apparently is not a box you can use to ship for boxes, but I did pay two dollars for a bag that I didn’t need.
Then I got to take the box that I couldn’t throw in the trash that was clearly visible by anybody in the UPS Store.
Yeah, that’s all I gotta say

I am extremely disappointed with the international shipping service provided by UPS. I paid nearly $140 to have a package delivered to Mexico within 2–3 business days. It has now been over three weeks, and the package is still not delivered. There has been no helpful tracking update, and no resolution offered.
To make matters worse, when I called UPS International for support, I spoke with an employee named Manuel who was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. When I politely asked to speak with a supervisor, Manuel became aggressive, refused to transfer me, and even began to raise his voice and yell at me. He would not provide his full name or employee number when I asked, which is completely unacceptable.
This experience has left me frustrated and feeling completely let down by a company I trusted to handle an important delivery. UPS has not honored its promised service time, and the lack of accountability from their customer service team is unacceptable. I expected better from a global company. I will think twice before using UPS again for international shipping.

I went into the Spring Branch location today and the manager was as amazing as ever! I have been utilizing their services for 10 years and the manager has always been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She has helped me so many times with all sorts of projects.
The customer service at this location is always excellent and they go above and beyond to help. Jessie did an incredible job with my crazy print job; if I still ran a call center, I’d poach him. I highly recommend this location and am so glad we have them in our community!
