This location closes at 6:00 PM on weekdays. I arrived at 5:15 PM to have a document notarized. I was told that I couldn't as there was no notary available and that it was after 4:30 PM. After I inquired as to why, they deliberately wouldn't answer my question.
Do they only offer notary service on certain days? If so, during what hours on those days? Is 4:30 PM always their cutoff time? Do I need to call first? No explanation(s). It's as if the information was classified.
Seeking further clarity, I called after I arrived home. While still evasive, I gathered something along the lines that it's a hit or miss on when notary services are available, just depending on the day, the time of day, and who is on shift.
If you do business at this location, please call first. Otherwise, you risk wasting your time and miles.

I always seem to have a problem when bringing in packages with one certain employee. She is very difficult and complains about everything. I have mentioned it to a few people in the neighborhood and they immediately knew which employee I was speaking about and had poor experiences of their own with her She should not be working in any customer service capacity.

Maria and Michelle! The dynamic duo. These ladies work so hard and go the extra mile....with smiles!!! I had an amazon return and I had not received my substantial refund from Amazon. These ladies looked up the tracking number by date and amazon received my return 30 days ago. I now can get my refund with Maria and Michelle's invaluable service!!! These ladies are stars for this UPS store!!!

Michele at the UPS store is an absolute savior. She went above and beyond to help me track down my lost tracking number to save me from being charged $900 from my cellphone carrier. I have always been taken care of extremely well by employee 141322. She's amazing!! For her, I would give a 10+. However, the 9 rating is because the return system REALLY needs to work there; been broken for a while and in a very detrimental area of need with home based entrepreneurs. Please repair or replace. Thank you!!
