This location was great but then I went back after getting a phone call about the photo of my child for his passport. Found out they sent off the application without the photo cause it wasn’t good enough. Tried to bring them another photo of my son. The lady had attitude called the photo of my son “even uglier than the first one” then proceeded to wave the passport stamp in my face. Their customer service is awful and the passport agent is on a high horse. She has lost her damn mind calling a 2 yr old child ugly. If you want your passport done without problems I WOULD NOT go to this location.

Doesn’t answer their phone AT ALL. Called MANY times for help regarding an issue with a broken mailbox key I was given in order to retrieve my package. Never got to speak to anyone regarding said issue and still don’t have my package. Thanks a lot.

Lost my package multiple times this year. Says package is delivered and nothing in mail box. Avoid ordering anything USPS

I hate the fact that when I order something guessing too big 4 mailbox they take it back and leave a note to puck it up. If I wanted to pick it up I wouldn't have ordered it 4 delivery. These guys have absolutely no common sense. They could leave it by the fence..there's no excuse not to deliver my packages. Thusbis unacceptable

Google maps shows the post office next to the RV park. This is incorrect. It is about 1.5 miles further north on the other side (west) of the road.

Mailman claims there are rocks in front of the mailbox so he could not deliver package because he might puncture his tires. He’s talking about the circle area obviously because that is the only rocks anywhere near the mailboxes and there is plenty of space for him to deliver mail. The front end of my vehicle is at least twice the size of the mail trucks. I had to go get my package from the post office after I already paid for shipping because of this ordeal he caused for whatever reason. Completely unacceptable.

Zero stars isn't an option.
This is the worst post office location I have ever dealt with. They are not only incompetent, they do not accept responsibility for their mistakes. Management is absolutely no help and will give incorrect and false information so they don't have to correct the issue.
They made an error on our mail delivery and wouldn't accept responsibility and correct the error. I was mislead and lied to: by who I can only assume was an assistant manager and I was given excuses the first time speaking with her. after over a week of trying to get help I returned with information I was told my local branch made the error they were he ones who had to fix it. I returned this morning and was given more misinformation and excused and the (assumed) assistant manager wouldn't even talk to me face to face to fix this issue sending me off with more lies.
I recontacted the shipper again and thankfully got approval to re-ship my order after I had explained everything to them again and what the current situation was.
Let me make this clear any correction for issues/misdirected mail created by your local branch has to be corrected or made right by your branch and no one else. Not even the 800 customer service number will help.
Unfortunately there are somethings that will only be delivered by USPS, if there was an option for any other service, I would most definitely never do business with this branch ever again.
Side note: Staff is not knowledgable or trained properly in procedures. Other people were there with complaints about misinformation received for items they had shipped, excuse was new hire errors.
Well when that costs the customer more money to reship items, then train you staff better !!!!!!
Unfortunately nothing will change because they don't care. There are no consequences for this.
THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE EITHER IT JUST RINGS AND RINGS (NO RECORDED MESSAGE) SO YOU HAVE TO GO OUT THERE IN PERSON !!!!!!!!!

We put a change of address starting May 1. It is now June 3, and we have received 2 letters at our new address. We have talked to the people at the post office several times with no change. Each time we’ve been promised it was fixed. Still no change.

This location is small, lines are usually long, and sometimes the lines move slowly. This location already needs to be bigger due to the rapid growth in this area . . . BUT the staff has always been friendly. Ive been stopping in usually twice a week for the past year and all staff has always been professional! This is why I've rated the location 5 stars despite them being busy often.

2 dogs running around inside... they say they are friendly... they will be friendly to the owners... I felt unsafe with them there, you never know if they can attack or not! And there have been many cases of dog attacks!! That was a very uncomfortable situation!!! For me and for other people, why do they bring dogs to the office???!!!!😱😱😱😱😱😱😱

Poorly Trained Staff Blocking Legal Passport Applications
I attempted to submit passport applications for my children at [Post Office Location] but was wrongly denied due to staff misinterpreting official U.S. Passport Agency guidelines.
The issue revolved around Form DS-5525 (Statement of Exigent/Special Family Circumstances), which is legally allowed when a non-attending parent cannot be contacted for a notarized Form DS-3053. In my case, my ex-spouse is in military basic training with no access to phone or email. The official U.S. passport office confirmed my documentation was correct, yet both the clerk and supervisor at this post office refused to accept it, falsely claiming the DS-5525 is only for incarcerated parents.
Additionally, they refused my form because I used blue ink, even though Form DS-5525 does not require black ink (unlike other forms that explicitly state this requirement).

The employees are always very nice here when I've gone and able to appropriately help me. Usually it's pretty quick a few minutes in and out; occasionally there's a line, usually like lunch time, but I don't blame that on them. They seem to be actively and kindly working and helping. You have to be prepared to wait a little bit sometimes, but just plan accordingly.

Terrible, I paid almost 27 dollars to mail a box of christmas treats to family in Utah on dec 17th, it was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. We'll it wasn't, 1 week late. I get things happen but when I tracked previous, it sat in this post office for a week., my whole package had to be thrown away because baked goods sat out for 2 weeks. Very upset with this post office. Will definitely go elsewhere next time!!

My husband dropped off a package on 12/16. The receipt shows an ETA to its destination of 12/20. When I looked at the tracking it didn't even leave Spring Branch until 12/19. Went to San Antonio and left there on 12/21. Ended up in Cincinnati on the 22nd now i don't know where it is. It just shows package will be late. I know it is a crazy busy time of year but when you are told that if you mail your stuff by the 18th it will get there by Christmas then you trust them. Next time I will take it to San Antonio to mail or use another shipper.
