A handsome looking Walgreens along loop 46 located on a hard corner across from the HEB Plus! These prices at this Walgreens are sky high! Like OMG! I'm not sure who their targeted clientele is, but they must be choppering in from the Cayman Islands and paying in gold bars. Jeesh! I was not impressed with this Walgreen's selection of drinks. They were lacking on bubbly water, and only had small bottles. The Nice! brand was inferior to the national brands. For example, the Nice! honey roasted peanuts hardly had any honey on them. Ugh. The clerk was nowhere to be seen when we attempted to check out. After laying all our items out at the register and waiting, she emerged from the back of the store, and opened a different register. We had to gather up all our things again, and head to the other register. Parking is easy here. There's a loop that goes all the way around the store. It's easy to get in and out of this parking lot, even with a huge vehicle.

Worse picture quality ever.They ended in the trash.It was a waste of money cause I ordered the same prints from Google pictures and they came out very nice.

I love going to this location the staff is always so sweet and friendly! Ashley is my favorite, she always greets me with a smile!

Terrible customer service. Forth the photo lady charged me twice for online order saying I didn't pay online, which I did, and then refused to give me a refund. When it showed up on my bank account I called Walgreens and they said I had to go to the store . Went the store and the same lady refused to give me a refund and tole me to call the company. It still has yet to be a resolved. Terrible customer service ruined the store for me .

So without any explanation in the store the pharmacy is closed at 5:00 p.m. How about you text customers that the way can't pick up their prescriptions and let them know they need to make other arrangements? I see lots of similar posts and we'll need to go elsewhere too like others p

My local Walgreens pharmacy takes a lunch break from 1:30 to 2 PM so that they can eat together or whatever. Anyway, today I arrived at the drive thru window at 1:28. There was a car at the window, he got his order and sat there, maybe counting his pills. The person working the drive thru has a mirror so they can see any cars in the drive thru lane. It was still 1:29 by my cell phone when, my wife saw, from her passenger side of the car, the worker hang the "out to lunch" sign in the window and turned off the light. Now, that is today's worker. Don't give a rat's behind about the customer and can't give up one minute of their lunch break. Update: I went back later today to pickup my prescription. I timed the transaction. Since I have a debit card on file the entire transaction took 48 seconds from the time I gave the clerk my info, the packaged was pulled, clerk processed payment and the drawer came out with the package and receipt and I took it and the drawer closed. So from the time the window should have closed, one minute early the clerk could have still closed at 1:30PM. Now am I being picky? You are right, if the sign says closed from 1:30 to 2 then don't close before 1:30, especially if there is a car in line.

I don't spend much time in pharmacies, but this one always seems to be a bit too slow. I go there to get my "routine" vaccinations, and it usually takes about an hour start too finish. So, I think this place is about average.

Most inefficient pharmacy I have seen. Must make appointment to get a Covid booster which I did. Made 3:15 pm appointment for wife and completed all forms online in detail and made appointment through her online account. Arrived about 10 minutes before appointment and was only customer at pharmacy. Got shot one hour later. They seem in a very busy lost mode. Others came later and we watched them get shots, not sure if flu, Covid, etc. same exact thing happened to me on the day Moderna boosters opened. Appointments were required but not sure why, time was of no concerned and again staff seemed lost. Took over hour after appointment time to get shot.

My LAST visit ever. Took almost an hour to receive a walk-in flu shot. No customers at pharmacy when I arrived. While a few customers came in after me, there were also stretches of time when there was no one waiting. This local drugstore has nearby competition. I will give them a try. Strongest take away: walk-in flu shot customers seem to be at the bottom of Walgreens' priority list. So now, they are at the bottom of mine.

I'm a customer who is thankful for a friendly word no smile or no words and a smile I've received both --no matter how good or bad anyone else is we as Customers need to remember what It was like on our bad days- all persons need to smile -these aren't the best of times for a lot of us --There's always another day for things to get better Thank You Walgreens as well as other stores THERE IS GOOD IN EVERYONE--

Pharmacy is incompetent and that's putting it mildly. Friday afternoon we waited an hour in drive through, after the doctor called in the prescriptions yesterday AND, got a notification from walgreens that they were ready for pick up. When I got to window, they said they had no prescription and that they were picked up 4 days ago, which was a previous prescription. Not the first screw up here, but I won't be back. Now facing the weekend without meds.

Pharmacy poor service. Waited 3 days to get my BP meds and ended up having to transfer to another location that filled it in 1 hour. On hold multiple times for over 20 minutes and put on hold, then hung up on. Called again and on hold again. Management needs to be made aware of the issues at this location.
