Review for Walmart Gas Station – Spring Branch (305 Singing Oaks, Singing Hills Blvd) – August 20, 2025 @ 5:55 PM
While waiting for the unusually slow fuel pumps to finish refueling, I went inside to make a quick purchase. At the counter, another customer was completing a transaction at the second register with Jacob, so I politely waited. My 9-year-old granddaughter placed her selection on the first register, manned by Lary, while I continued choosing mine.
Lary immediately began asking, “Is this it?”—repeatedly, even though the store was empty besides us. I found this unnecessarily rude, especially directed toward a child. Once I was finally able to place my items, Lary asked again in the same manner before abruptly leaving the register mid-transaction to take a personal call from his wife. I had to slide my items over to Jacob’s register to complete the purchase.
When I asked Jacob why Lary had been rude, Jacob dismissed my concern and excused the behavior, confirming Lary had stepped away for a personal call while I was at his register. Lary overheard our conversation and chose to interject again, trying to defend his actions instead of providing professional service. To show what I meant, I asked Jacob in the same tone, “Is this it?” several times. Jacob never answered me, proving my point. Lary’s excuse was that I hadn’t answered him “quick enough”—yet when I demonstrated that Jacob didn’t answer me either, Lary had nothing further to say.
The entire interaction was exaggerated, unprofessional, and unpleasant. To make matters worse, Jacob failed to provide my cash receipt when my transaction was complete.
I would not want any other customer—especially one accompanied by a child—to experience such rude and dismissive treatment at this Walmart gas station location at 305 Singing Oaks, Spring Branch, TX 78070 (Singing Hills Blvd).

Today i pulled in to Walmart gas on fumes as a thunderstorm knocked out their system. The Clerk came out to bring an umbrella and escort me in to the store. They're always nice, helpful and courteous. But Today was above and beyond.

The Staff is very pleasant, but for the Love of GOD & Humanity,
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE.....
KEEP RECEIPT PAPER STOCKED IN THE DAMN PUMP STATIONS......
Make it part of Your Daily Duties......
some of us need those Receipts printed !!!
& it's quite frustrating that miraculously, I manage to always pick the Pump, that doesn't have Receipt Paper stocked !!!
WALMART MANAGMENT,
TRAIN THE EMPLOYEES TO FOLLOW AN OPENING AND CLOSING TASK LIST !!!

There is good pricing normally, but often, it has pumps that aren't working. Expect a wait sometimes but it is a gas station
