Why can't you keep your tanks full? So many times I've pulled up and entered my credit card only to find out there's no gas. Today i tried 2 pumps. The first one had no gas and the second one dispensed 4 cents worth. At least, tag the pumps without gas like my attached picture. Do better!

If the cashier can get off his phone long enough to actually complete a transaction it probably wouldn’t take 15 minutes to buy two drinks.
Place was filthy with trash and half empty cups around the drink stations, floors covered in water and very sticky. All around disappointed in both service and standards( or lack there of) dude was clearly more invested in the football game he was streaming on his phone than his actual job.

Great customer service from all of the employees I have interacted with so far. I go here almost everyday for a drink and ice cups. The 2 ladies Dana and Ariel are so nice every time I come in. They always ask if I have the rewards so I finally got it and used it today. Thank you for your kind service. Great staff

Came here trying to pump gas but none of the 3 pumps I tried were working. So I went to go in to let them know that the pumps aren't working only to see that they decided to put the note on the front door. So I asked is it not possible for them to actually label the pumps and they said the person earlier put them on the pumps, then corrected themselves and said door. But honestly how hard is it to turn off the signage that shows gas pricing and would let people know that there may not be gas if not a note on all the pumps or to have them covered as they have the covering on sump pumps and not the others. They also do not have the pumps shut off which is also an option. Then said and I quote, well the note is on the door. Honestly that's not good enough in a day and age where majority of people who are simply coming to gas and not interested in buying things out of the store will pay at the pump unless they have a need to use cash. It was a waste of 10 minutes is going to three different pumps before finally going in and then seeing the sign, and asking them if it's not possible for them to actually put signs on the pump or turn off the gas signage. Then not only that, there were other people driving around confused trying to figure out what was going on as well which is bad service.

What is this, I cannot do sales behaviors because I have to do my daily reset? So you run a business that can’t operate because you have to count your money? Or what in the world means daily rest? 7 Eleven corporations do you have an explanation for that? I was driving from out of state stop in your gas station. While I was in the parking lot you got more than 20 customer walk in walk out because “he can’t make sales”
Is that’s the case let’s not make it 24hrs make the business close so what ever is “daily reset” and then re-open…

No food in the food deli the hot dogs buns were hard and stale and the hot dogs themselves was cold . Very unhappy with them

The older lady isn't very nice she had a very unpleasant and unprofessional attitude. You should definitely treat paying customers with a little bit more decency. If you don't like your job get a different one!

While the store is new n pretty clean half of it amenities do not work or always out of order. I live close but always end up going to another store causing such inconvenience from this so called convenient store. The employees says the Mgr cannot do anything well I suggest somebody figures out while they continue to lose business from it's close community.

I truly regret not getting their names, but the lady who I met this morning at about 9:30 am who was the store leader, and the lady with the short brunette hair at Laredo Taco, thank-you for making my experience at 7-eleven so great. You were so friendly, and the atmosphere was so warm and comforting. The store was clean and the food was good. I appreciate you all so much.

When I got there there were signs showing that the gas pumps were down, the guy working on them said give the store 5 minutes. I saw a guy go in a buy a Game cigar, but they were "closed" when I asked.

There is an guy that works nights and swing who is always making, unprofessional and inappropriate comments to people. He acts like he is untouchable because his wife is the manager. I complained to the manager before I found out that's the guys wife. I'm calling the corporate office next this is ridiculous. The guy even shows up to work on his days off looking like trash and keeps running his mouth.

The Laredo Taco here has fallin off quality wise.The trays are ALWAYS dry and the eggs look crusty and dry.The store itself is clean but the Laredo Taco is NOT worth stopping for.
