Don’t go here! DIRTY store AND RUDE cashier! I rather go further to another gas station and this is right by my home. Cashier with name tag Cookie should go find another job not in customer service! She literally hates her job acted like she didn’t want to be there and rude to everyone in line and when I asked for a receipt she sighed like I asked for her kidney. Also store so unkept dirty floors, trash overflowing and the drink or icee machines NEVER WORK! I try to give it a chance everytime since it’s so conveniently next to my home but after today never going back! Company should review and look into this location!

Nice clean 7/11 with hot food,large assortment of cold drinks ,Slushes and icies and a taco restaurant. Has gas pumps .

The big cashier with the dirty white and black head scarf was rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. When I asked for my receipt, she acted as if I was inconveniencing her by asking for one & refused to give it to me and said I should have asked for one upfront. Even after I explained that it’s standard to provide a receipt at checkout, they still wouldn’t give me one. Telling me “you good” huffing and puffing when I asked for my receipt is ridiculous just print it out it’s not that hard to do. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience. If you can’t provide better customer service find a different line of work

Smelled nice! Although when I went into the women’s restroom, it was very filthy! It smelled like rotten milk. Also when I used the toilet, it wouldn’t flush and it was sticky! It stuck to me more than my obsessive ex/jk. I believe you should take better care of your bathroom. Also, the hotdog gave me food poisoning!! I almost had to grab my babies diaper to wear on the 46 minute car ride home! It was amazing🚡👣🥸

Why can't you keep your tanks full? So many times I've pulled up and entered my credit card only to find out there's no gas. Today i tried 2 pumps. The first one had no gas and the second one dispensed 4 cents worth. At least, tag the pumps without gas like my attached picture. Do better!

If the cashier can get off his phone long enough to actually complete a transaction it probably wouldn’t take 15 minutes to buy two drinks.
Place was filthy with trash and half empty cups around the drink stations, floors covered in water and very sticky. All around disappointed in both service and standards( or lack there of) dude was clearly more invested in the football game he was streaming on his phone than his actual job.

Great customer service from all of the employees I have interacted with so far. I go here almost everyday for a drink and ice cups. The 2 ladies Dana and Ariel are so nice every time I come in. They always ask if I have the rewards so I finally got it and used it today. Thank you for your kind service. Great staff

Came here trying to pump gas but none of the 3 pumps I tried were working. So I went to go in to let them know that the pumps aren't working only to see that they decided to put the note on the front door. So I asked is it not possible for them to actually label the pumps and they said the person earlier put them on the pumps, then corrected themselves and said door. But honestly how hard is it to turn off the signage that shows gas pricing and would let people know that there may not be gas if not a note on all the pumps or to have them covered as they have the covering on sump pumps and not the others. They also do not have the pumps shut off which is also an option. Then said and I quote, well the note is on the door. Honestly that's not good enough in a day and age where majority of people who are simply coming to gas and not interested in buying things out of the store will pay at the pump unless they have a need to use cash. It was a waste of 10 minutes is going to three different pumps before finally going in and then seeing the sign, and asking them if it's not possible for them to actually put signs on the pump or turn off the gas signage. Then not only that, there were other people driving around confused trying to figure out what was going on as well which is bad service.

What is this, I cannot do sales behaviors because I have to do my daily reset? So you run a business that can’t operate because you have to count your money? Or what in the world means daily rest? 7 Eleven corporations do you have an explanation for that? I was driving from out of state stop in your gas station. While I was in the parking lot you got more than 20 customer walk in walk out because “he can’t make sales”
Is that’s the case let’s not make it 24hrs make the business close so what ever is “daily reset” and then re-open…

The older lady isn't very nice she had a very unpleasant and unprofessional attitude. You should definitely treat paying customers with a little bit more decency. If you don't like your job get a different one!

Good place to stop. It's hit or miss on the selection but gas is good and location is great.
