I’m an international customer who travels frequently, and I’ve visited many 7-Eleven locations across the U.S. I stopped by this store recently (check the timestamp to see who was working the front), and the service was extremely disappointing. The employee snapped at me to move faster for no clear reason, then refused to accept my valid international ID — even though I’ve never had an issue using it at other 7-Eleven stores. As someone who relies on consistency when traveling, this experience was both frustrating and unwelcoming.

If you hate your job, pookie, just say that. The lady claiming to be the manager (short, wearing glasses) acts like a child and clearly doesn’t know how to regulate her emotions. I yelled “hello” after waiting a few moments with no employee in sight and she acted like I ruined her whole day. I even apologized multiple times, ignored me when I asked her name… like, be serious. Do better.

Cashier was way more concerned with talking to her friend about makeup than working. Let a big line form and did nothing, just kept chatting away

How can none of the pumps work?!? This place was nice but it’s not reliable anymore. Go to the HEB gas instead.
At least put a “does not work” sign. Also the staff is usually in a bad mood

It's 7am. Lights on and food out on display but closed. Never coming back. And fix your pump hoses. Some are on the ground. I see the worker coming inside from the back door. She is now coming out the front door to smoke yet another cigarette. Big girl with rag on her head. I feel sorry for the store manager with staff like that.

Previous reviews were removed but the maintenance issues persist. This pump has been broken for weeks at this point

I judge a gas station's service by the status of their ICEE machine. This 7-Eleven normally has great service in regards to their ICEE machine. Today, their Dr. Pepper ICEE has been out for at least 7 hours. Here's a photo from my second trip there today...come on now 7-11! Kind of joking...kind of not ?

Make sure to check your receipts I was charged $20 for $11 worth of stuff and when I asked the receipt she stuffed in the bag and when I checked it and told her she told me she couldn’t do anything about it. She keeps being on her phone talking to someone instead of paying attention to what she’s doing (Date Sept 17th 2024 at 7:46am)

Make sure to check your receipts I was being charged 25 dollars for 4 items and when I caught it. I told her to ring up my items again and it only came out to 16.43. Smh this is the second time. Cashier on Saturday at 3:30pm ish she’s always busy talking and not paying attention.
