The manager, Carlos, who works for Laredo Tacos, is rude. I have witnessed him treating his employees, who are all very kind, with disrespect. This was especially evident with Maria and Sonia. On one occasion, I went there to get tacos around 5 in the morning and saw him yelling at both of them, despite their sweetness. I've never seen a manager behave that way towards their employees.
Additionally, I overheard him speaking in Spanish and making derogatory comments about the employees' shoes, criticizing them for being expensive when they were actually necessary for medical reasons. Having worked in the same industry as these ladies, I understand that these shoes can be quite costly. It is not Carlos's place to comment on their footwear.
I wouldn't be surprised if the employees decided to leave, as they deserve much better treatment. The manager needs to be addressed about his behavior immediately.

I have been eating there for the last 5 years just about every day because I don’t like spending a lot for lunch and it’s close to my job. Since my car had been in the shop I haven’t been there in about two months so I went there yesterday and it was really gross in the store so I got some food out of the warmer and I noticed that where they place the tongs to grab the food was very nasty like the day before so I used a bag to get my food. Around the soda machine there was knatts flying around and when I got my soda there was no carbon in it my food looked like it had been cooked the day before so I just didn’t even eat it for fear of getting sick. Before I left the store I asked did they have new management and the cashier said yes how could you tell and I told her that I knew the manager who was here before Nicole and she keep this store cleaned. This is terrible and I don’t think that I will be going back for awhile. I gave this store 1 star because I couldn’t go lower.

My actual complaint is against Laredo Taco, located in most 7-11's....I'm eating full carnivore and didn't feel like cooking after my workout; so I thought I'd just buy some breakfast Tacos and just eat the eggs. Laredo Taco has decent food, but their problem is their process. you stand in line to get a taco. I waited for at least 15 minutes and that's with only 2 people ahead of me. I noticed that 7-11 has a heated section for grab and go food. I'm thinking Laredo Taco should incorporate that idea and have several breakfast Taco options ready made and kept warm in the heated grab and go section.Once you get your "fresh" made to order Taco, you must then stand in line with the same people that were in line at the order counter... I suggested my idea to the assistant manager of 7-11, she basically told me that they aren't affiliated with Laredo Taco and to contact them. I was hoping that she would be a liaison and show good customer service.... no go.... so here I am, hoping the powers that be see this and take corrective action. By the way, the eggs in the Taco were not that fresh...

Not sure why this store quit bagging large ice. Every other store has the 16lbs bags but 3 straight times this store doesn’t.

If I could give this place a negative stars I would! Every time I walk in cashier on phone talking about personal life and so roud. You have to repeat yourself multiple times because you're obviously Interrupting her/him. Never is there receipt paper in the pumps and BEWARE! Look at your receipts...they double charge and then if there's a sale you can't buy more then 2 or no discount unless you run your card for every 2. Wont be back. And always smells like an outhouse. Horrible!

Claim to be close, corporate need to replace the people working here. The person who was working was in there car. Not good, well I guess this 7-Eleven will never end my business and I'm going to be very selective on the other ones I use

Ain't nothing convenient about this place unless you break down there. Smells like septic fumes plus they don't give you your change back there for some crazy reason. I can go down the road and get my change from my purchase without the stank in the air. And that's all I got to say bout that..

Absolutely the most incompetent group of employees I've ever dealt with. My 8 year old could run that store by himself better than the 4 dunces I just had the misfortune of dealing with. Unreal how they make it thru life like that.

This place has really gone down hill! I visited on May 17th 2022 and never will again. There used to be a guy that would report places for “slime in the ice machine”, but I bet he’d be rolling in his grave if he saw this place. Don’t drink the fountain drinks. There is algae growing in the ice machine. The smell will hit you before you even see it.

This location never has receipt paper in the gas pumps. I have stopped here 3 times out of convenience and for my work I have to have receipts. It’s a pain to have to go inside and wait for it when your running late. I mean why can’t you just put paper in the machine.
