I thought this was 24 hours, but I pulled up to pick up my DoorDash order, but the store was closed. All I saw was two ppl out in their car smoking. I really hope that wasn't the workers. Smh!

Diesel pumps very slow, this gas station doesn't care about anything... So much for the mobile brand. Not coming back to this gas station.

I usually LOVE 7-Eleven and I’ve been a loyal member and customer for ages-but this specific location has let me down time and time again. It’s the most convenient for me location wise but I’ve decided after today I’m going to go out of my way to another location. Today I went in to get a coffee and was greeted with a very messy coffee station with lids and creamers and milks missing, coffee beans missing from most machines. There was some dark roast left so I used the espresso machine and got myself a latte, added in my usual, managed to locate a lid and checked out-got out in my car and took a sip and immediately retched as the milk that was in the machine was sour and had gone bad and I had unknowingly brewed a latte with it. I used points on it so thankfully I didn’t pay for this spoiled latte but it was so disappointing and disgusting and I don’t understand how something as simple as the milk in the espresso machine that is used daily was failed to be checked for freshness. I will be stopping at my old go to location going forward-even though it is much more out of my way.

Slices of jalapeños. I ended of getting just two plain tacos and all the burnt flour on the grille transfered to the tortilla the beans were cold and the cheese made it even colder very disappointed. To say the least

WORST 7/11 IN HOUSTON. Gas pumps are always not working with pump covers stating so or steal your money to not work(especially if you run premium like me i noticed), AND DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE NIGHT STAFF. These sorry *** workers close the store EVERY NIGHT FOR RANDOM HOURS. One time i walked to the store as I’m local and the worker was outside smoking with a friend. He stated the system was down so i asked if he would be back open in about an hour, he laughed then told me if i came back in an hour he’d make the system work for my commitment. Joke or not, it’s crazy how they close for unspecified hours with the same “system down” excuse EVERY NIGHT. just say you’re NOT 24/7!

For a 24 hour store the place is always closed at night and they never refill the receipt rolls on the pumps 5th time in the last month

This store will never move from a 1 star if they keep hiring people like "cookie". Instead of flirting with the delivery guy, help the customers! As I stood in line, she rudely told a DD delivery driver "you are going to have to wait" even though she had been waiting longer than any of us. I will make sure to never stop at this store again.

Store has displayed discounts (2 for 5$ or 2 for 6$) and when it gets ringed up at the cash register it does not show discounted. Then the lady says I have to register my phone number first. The signs do not state that.

The second time in a week I come in to buy and told no cash only cards because hi tilt was already counted after the first encounter I came in the morning to talk to a manager and was told he would take care of the matter employee not supposed to turn away customers, well it happened again Mr manager do you care about customers or the business times are hard and customer service plays a big role for the business

This store looks like its going out of business. Ice machines were empty and no iced tea. Fountain drinks did not work.
