Poor customer service. The man in there doesn’t know what he’s doing. He gave away my U-haul rental to someone else. He stated he had “ just clocked in moving fast “ Meaning no ID check no verification or anything. So if you need a uhaul and don’t have DL/etc just come here they’ll let you pick it up!!! They’ll leave you outside the gate like a lost dog also. Don’t come here worst U-Haul experience EVER.

I rented a truck and a dolly. When I got to my location there was no ramp on the trucks which means I couldn’t use the dolly. I had to take the truck back immediately and was gone a total of 15-20 mins, I was told by the person working at location and the customer service agent that I should be able to get a refund. Got a callback today and the person lied and said I was gone 40mins and I wouldn’t get a refund because none of the 10ft trucks come with ramps. Yes I should’ve looked but, once I asked for a dolly the no ramp thing should’ve been brought up. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and wouldn’t even think about using U-Haul again

I have been a customer for 20+ years and loved the facility until it was bought a few years ago. I rented 2 units at one time and have paid alot of money to this facility. Not sure who the new owners are but the woman that runs this facility needs lessons in customer service. I have had a few issues with her but the most recent was Feb 2024. I had fraud on my bank account and my bank froze my account. They reopened a new account and wrote a letter to my creditors so that I would not be held accountable for late fees and such. I called A1 mini storage to advise of my issue and the gentleman that I spoke with advised to send a check when I got my new ones in and to send the letter as well. Which is what I did. The woman at the facility called me and asked about the payment and I advised that I had just sent it in along with the letter. I advised what the gentleman had said, she started raising her voice and advised this was not her problem, that I needed to pay the $25 late fee. I told her that in all my years I had never experienced the lack of customer service that I have from her. She just started yelling. I really think she has a mental problem because I didn't see a reason for her to carry on the way she was. She was screaming at me and I couldn't say a word so I hung up on her. The times before I just assumed she was having a bad day but this is not an excuse. Needless to say I paid the late fee and am NO longer a customer. I will never advise for anyone to rent from these folks and I hope that many more will go elsewhere. Too many rental facilities in the same area to be treated this way. I paid 20-30K to this facility over the years and she acted this way over $25. Good Riddance to A1 Mini Storage.

The Old lady there is Rude. Used to be a nice place. New lady there is terrible said she doesn’t care. Look elsewhere I found a better deal and left. After being there 2 years.

I recommended my friend to rent storage at this facilities. She was impressed with the service. The facilities neat. Well maintained. The service great, especially the manger, very friendly, knowledgeable. She explained to her the policy in detail. She is very thankful.

Had a very good experience with my rental. The lady at the front desk was really helpful answering all of my questions and had a smooth check out with the uhaul truck.

Definitely would recommend this place as they are more customer service driven than customer’s Money Driven. I was 40 minutes late to pick up my rental, luckily there wasn’t a reservation directly following my return and she allowed me to pick up and return the truck giving me my full 4 hours without any additional charges.

Actually....this place has new owners and they have NO CLUE how to treat their customers. We left this place because of the horrible treatment they gave us. We have been using this location for 20 years. The previous owners were helpful and accommodating to our needs. These people are not flexible at all. These new owners have no idea in treating people...all they care about is your money and what else they can come up with to get more money from you. Stay Away from this place. There is a better facility a half a mile away. We need to support or local businesses that deserve it.!I was looking at previous reviews...those are from the previous owners.
