#1 the lashes are not worth the price at all SUPER THIN #2 all of my lashes are off one week later there’s nothing to refill. My friends lashes were literally falling off within two days. 0/10 go to a lash tech not here they don’t care.

I thought I'd leave a review since I have been a loyal customer for 5 years now. I've been getting lash extensions here since Lisa (the owner) would apply them in the little back room next to the RR. While I'm happy that she's come a long way and love the remodeling of the unit, I will say I'm extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the work that's being done now. The lash techs USED to be awesome, very professional and skilled at applying lashes just the way you wanted them. NOW? Idk wth happened. It seems like they've stopped investing in quality products (lashes) AND lash technicians bc I've noticed the lashes they use are so thick & heavy every single time they apply them on my eyes. They look cheap not fluffy and natural like they used to. Idk if I'm making sense but all the new lash techs here suck. The prices are now much higher but quality just isn't there anymore. I've switched over to another lash tech that does an amazing job. Will not be returning here.
