I had a very disappointing experience here. I initially spoke with someone who confirmed they perform full diagnostics on vehicles involved in accidents, so I decided to have my car towed to their shop based on that information a week later.
That same person later decided to call my fiancé instead of me, and quoted a price for the diagnostics, promising to call him back. Instead, he then decides to call me and claimed they don’t do full diagnostics at all, asking who told me that—as if it wasn’t him. He came off as rude, but I stayed calm and simply said I’d tow my car elsewhere, then hung up.
About five minutes later, he called back offering a basic diagnostic for $140. Confused, I called my fiancé, who then called the shop (as they originally said they would do). Suddenly, they said full diagnostics were available—for $240.
At that point, I told my fiancé I didn’t feel comfortable with the back-and-forth or the way I was being spoken to, and I decided to pull my car out. When I called to do that, the same person became argumentative, questioning why we kept calling back and forth—when they were the ones causing the confusion.
As someone new to this process just trying to get my car repaired and do business in good faith, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The inconsistency and attitude were completely unprofessional.

This shop did an awesome and quick job repairing my mothers car at a very reasonable price. It could have cost more and taken a lot of time. But they listened to what she wanted and got it fixed superfast. Highly recommend this shop.

I was driving home from deployment to surprise the family when my tire blew out causing my bumper to come off and my brake light to go out. I went to A-Z collision center to get an estimate to get it fixed. They gave me a great price quickly and got it done within a week due to me having to go back to base. They had great customer service and would definitely recommend anyone to them!

I have always gone to A-Z auto for all my car needs, regardless if its an oil change, a tire alignment or my car being totally wrecked from an accident. Mr. Salim always gives me the best deals on my car. If i had to recommend a place it would 100% be A-Z auto.

Smooth and easy experience with this bodyshop. Honest owner and team, they try to be as clear as possible and immediately updated if anything needed my attention. Smooth experience with this body shop talking to insurance, professional service and will be coming back. Other reviews complaining about price are not valid since this shop has fixed pricing but they do the work 100% complete and well with no cut corners.

The cover underneath my car fell off after a heavy rain over the weekend. I asked them if they can just hang my car and cut the plastic cover with a scissor. They said it’s going to be 199 dollars! This is absolutely crazy. I went to another workshop next door, they asked me 5 dollars and fixed it in 5 mins.

Bad experience, the man who fixed my car stole it, he put used parts on my car, he charged me a large amount, I wanted to use the warranty and I wasn't sure if they were new, as he said, a total fraud and I barely moved to this area.

My experience was very good. Cory was thorough in finding out what was damaged after my accident. He worked with my insurance Adjuster for the supplemental repairs needed.During the process Cory kept me updated as to what new issues had come up, how my insurance was involved, what additional time it would take, he handled the extension needed for the rental as well.
