The work done by the collision crew was excellent! The communication with Billy was not very good. Several times he was supposed to call me back, but I got no response. He claimed he left voicemails, but I never got them. The whole experience took 30 days to complete, which seemed to be related to Progressive’s rep issues. I would like to give 5 stars for the collision team that did the work, but the communication and delays were unacceptable.

Outstanding workmanship and customer service. I KNOW I can rely on these folks. Marco’s communication and courtesy. we’re off the hook, so many businesses could learn from him. I hope to never see them again, but if stuff happens…they are my collision repair shop.

Took my Cadillac for a collision, which if you have been in an accident and have not very many options you know is not an easy decision to quickly make, but I’m glad I made the decision to leave my car in their care. Desirae was as kind as can be over the phone as well as in person and Marco made sure my vehicle came back looking better than before my accident. Finding a place to go out of their way to make sure everything was literally perfect and stress free is not an easy task, especially right after an accident. I highly appreciate their service and definitely recommend.

The people at CarStar Collision were professional, patient: explaining all the work to be done and friendly. They made the whole process easy for me. They also finished before the time initially promised, saving me money on car rental. I will return should the need arise.
