The 4.5 rating was the reason I chose A1 but they do not perform to their rating. No call backs, EXTRA scratches in paint on opposite side not damaged when it had none prior. Takes weeks longer than promised with no communication. Had to personally visit to find out what was going on. Took 3 weeks to get a part that I offer to buy and could get in 2 days. Buyer Beware! Will drive around with damage on car before I'll ever use them again.

These guys were amazing! They were so knowledgeable and caring. They communicated frequently and in a timely manner throughout the entire process. They were invaluable with helping us navigate the towing and insurance nightmare. I highly recommend them!

The team at A1 Auto’s carstar collision did an amazing job with handling my auto claim and repairs. They kept in contact with me through the whole process and answered any questions I had. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone that may need their services!

Took 4 weeks to get the job done, put a cracked part back on with out ordering another one. Sanding dust all over engine bay that was clean enough to eat off when we took the Vehicle there for repairs. Scratches on the other side of the car from them pulling tarps on it to protect that side from over spray. Took it back for the part replacement and fixing the scratches in undamaged area. They buffed out some of them and did not get them all. So disgusted with the experience taking to to a more reputable company that CARES about the quality of work. HAD to go by to get any communication from them. Owner asked if we were getting texts after all this I told him we were never told about using that form of communication with them. DO NOT return phone calls! Will drive around with damage if they are the only choice for repairs.

NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Customer service here is the worst I've ever dealt with in my life. & on top of that when I got my car back it still had damage that they were suppose to fix!!They will not give you any updates when your car is in their shop. They took almost a month to fix something that they told me was going to take 2 weeks. When the 2 weeks had came up, I called the office to find out what was going on because I had not heard back from them. I got on the phone with one of there employees named Angela Perry & the disrespect I received from her was astronomical.The whole time she talked to me like I was inconveniencing her. & she slowed down her words and talked to me like I was stupid. When I asked her why she was talking to me that way she freaked out and then proceeded to hang up the phone on me.I went into the business a couple hours later to make a complaint about her and the manager I talked to didn't help what so ever. He completely ignored all the complaints and talked about giving me updates himself. Usually the manager will reassure you that they will have a talk with their employee about how they acted or apologize for the behavior. But he never once said anything about it. So I guess there employees here can act how ever they please and treat customers like trash. But that isn't the last of this lady's disrespect.When picking up my car today and I had my daughter drop me off. Finally after a month in the shop it was apparently finished. But once I tried to pick up my car they informed me for the first time that I had gotten a letter for my insurance check and they needed it before they could give me my car back. Not once was aware of a check being mailed and would have appreciated them giving me a heads up. I had been dropped off and had no way of getting home because my phone was not on me. I was stranded there and asked them if there was a chance I could get a ride home because I would have to walk. & keep in mind I am a 53 old woman with a lot of issues just a couple weeks out of back surgery.But the employees said no they couldn't help me. Even though I told them I lived less than 5 mins away driving. But they still refused. Also a manger was there that refused. I saw previous review of another person that had the same thing happen to them! This resulted in me having to walk home in 100+ degrees in weather at my age.But once I was able to bring in the check Angela Perry the one with no customer service skills needed to help me with that. Which I told the man I didn't want her helping me I would like him to help me because of the previous issues. & she laughed out loud and shook her head at me. Asking what her issue was she thought it was funny to just straight antagonize us. Later saying "I don't need this job". Angela Perry needs to be fired. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place is a joke!!!!!! Management doesn't care about customers and the employees can treat you however you like!Plus they claimed more repairs on my car that didn't need to be done. Which is very fishy, insurance fraud from what I think. This place looks great from the outside but BEWARE. This place is ran unprofessional and lies are being told.If the owner replies to this and claims anything different it makes no difference. I experienced this myself! & he needs to investigate what's going on in his business before he starts claiming all the people with the same type of reviews are lying!

So this is for Shaun, which was the guy who took care of me and my car in good faith being a Honda certified collision center with GREAT reviews which I thought I would be in good hands! Boy was I in for a horrible life learning lesson!Where do I begin...They had my car for 3 months and I was told it would only be a month.They just kept on giving me the run around.When I FINALLY got my car back it was a complete nightmare!They didn't put the correct part that I originally had on it andALL of the work that was completed was extremely unprofessional and POORLY done!For this place being a 4.5 star rated Honda certified collision center, it's a JOKE.My front bumper looks like they had some trouble putting it back on. They pretty much put some kind of glue on it and I didn't notice that until my AC went out in my car. I know it's their fault because a simple clip that holds the AC line in place was broken.A couple months later, my AC line ruptured due to the line rattling against other components in the engine which caused all the freon to come out.Took it to my mechanic and he showed me personally the problem.So I ended up paying my mechanic $370 to replace that AC line and also make sure it was properly secured.Also ONE of my biggestissues I had with them I would have to say, before they painted my hood they have to prime it first and in that process it most definitely appeared that they TOTALLY did NOT even cover the car at ALL!I didn't notice till I got close to home and stopped at the car wash cause my car NEEDED a wash, that they had PROMISED me that they said they would have it washed and WAXED before pick up!I now have primer mist ALL over my windshield, top of car, both side of car windows, the side doors, trunk, pretty much ALL OVER my car.Extremely disappointed and do not understand how they are even still in business!PEASE DO NOT LET THE 4.5 STAR FOOL YOU, "FAKE GOOD REVIEWS "!(PLEASE BE AWARE!)This was definitely a life learning experience for me. Mext time I will definitely be taking my car to an actual Honda dealership!Honestly, I DO NOT understand how they are even still in business and getting away with treating people this way. Repairs were made in a timely manner and you cannot tell my car was even damaged. My vehicle was towed here to determine if it was repairable or totaled after an accident. Although the insurance deemed it a total loss and i was unable to use A1’s services, the staff was able to give me an update on my vehicle’s inspection and removed some personal items that i had forgotten to take. Everyone was friendly and helpful and offered to assist me however they could. Thank you for the positive experience during an overwhelming time.

A1 Did a great job on my car repair. My car was hit by another car dead on. The process with A1 was seamless, they work directly with the insurance company which makes it easy. Employees don’t communicate with each other. Was told to bring a truck in between 4-5p. When I brought the truck in, Shawn said that Corey (Manager) told him in the morning that they wouldn’t work on it due to litigation issues. Asked Shawn why he didn’t call and let us know sooner, in which he replied that they didn’t have my number, which is a lie, the owner of the vehicle & I called several times throughout the day scheduling a drop off with the front desk woman. Wasted time & money bringing the truck in just for them to turn me down, which could’ve been avoided if the employees communicated better.

I came in yesterday to get an estimate for my vehicle because the night before my car was hit in my apartment complex and the person ran instead of leaving any contact info. I was helped out by Jessica M. She was extremely helpful and detailed in her estimate and explained everything to me in a way for me to easily understand. She was amazing! Really helped me understand the process and how to go forward. She made it very easy and stress free in a very stressful situation.
