I had timing chain and phasers replaced on a 2018 F150. Michael the owner was personally involved through out the process. Along the way I was made aware of other osdible maintenence issues that could be problems down the road and was able to head them off before emergency brake downs. I am well pleased with the service I received and have brought my wife's vechicle there for service as well.

Mike, the gentleman at the front desk, was incredibly helpful. My partner and I had purchased a battery from here over six months ago, and it stopped working sooner than expected. Mike quickly took care of replacing it and had us back on the road in no time.
I recommend this place to anyone looking for mechanics they can trust

My daughter wanted me leave this alone but its been eaten at me for a few months. 6 months ago we had this place fix my daughter's car and after getting it back it wasn't right. I tried talking to the manager about what was going on with it but after asking a couple of simple questions, things got heated to the point that I decided to count my losses and move on. I guess simple questions were not Garys strong suit. I should have looked up the reviews before having my daughters car fixed by this place because I would have found out then that this is a common issue here but when you're working over seas and you're limited on time to research these things, its hit and miss. It was an expensive lesson learned (all together between both shops was roughly $7k). Its funny because I asked the shop manager at the establishment that fixed her car the same questions and he was able to provide answers without all of the hostility. Throughout all of this im greatful that angry Gary did the job well enough for her to get back to Oklahoma. If you decide to take your vehicle here, check for a manager named Gary. If he's still employed there, LEAVE and take your business elsewhere.

This shop LIED TO US MULTIPLE TIMES! He said he was talking with my warranty company and only did once for my battery!! He never called them about the transmission issues like he said he did. Said he ordered parts and was waiting for them to come in…. Yet he didn’t know what the problem was with my car? Make it make sense?! He said he drove my car around yet it had a tire that was almost flat… another lie. AVOID THIS PLACE! He will have your car for 3 weeks and do nothing!

I would not recommend this shop to anyone. My car sat for 3 WEEKS and they still couldn’t tell me what was wrong with it. Turns out it just needed a new battery and it cost over $1000. The way Micheal speaks to women is absolutely unacceptable. I highly advise not trusting these people with your car. They will lie, scam, and disrespect you. I will never be back.

I would never recommend this shop. Michael at AAMCO was extremely rude and condescending throughout the entire interaction. He constantly interrupted me, never gave me the chance to speak, and treated my sister differently simply because she’s a woman. The lack of professionalism and respect was shocking. If you’re looking for fair treatment and quality service, I suggest going elsewhere. I would also like to add we ended up paying $1,000 for a battery replacement!!

Do not trust this place. Took 2010 Chevy Silverado 2 wheel drive. They diagnosed and said need to be rebuilt and wanted $6000, kept saying it was expensive because the motor goes from 8 cylinder to 6 cylinder. My truck does not have this feature, after much so much sales pressure for me to finance the $6000 repair , and me telling him it was a regular transmission he said he needed to check it, don’t you do that before you call the customer? . He ended up tearing it apart charging me $1300 after I refused to finance and proceed with a $6000 repair . I got truck, towed to another transmission shop who said my truck only needed a regular 8cyl transmission. Gave us back truck with everything in transmission disassembled. Hard hard sale pressure to finance the repair for $6000- saying they had already taken it apart. Be very diligent on who you trust with an honest quote and repair. We ended up getting a rebuilt for $2700! The work is under my husband’s last name, Vasquez. Feel free to contact him, as I could not reply to your response .

The truth is I am surprised at the good work they did on my transmission truck. I confess that I had many doubts about the work because it is my first time working with them. I had always taken my truck to the GMC dealer. The wait was long but it was worth it. Thanks to Mr. Michael, I know that it is also hard for him to have to talk to so many people, some angry or happy, and the stress is a lot for both parties. When I took my truck to him I told him I am going to trust you and I feel super happy. My truck feels like new. I only have to thank you all for the good work that you did as a team. I recommend them 100/100, just have to be patient!! Thank you again Mr. Michael.

I experience the best service today from AAMCO, after driving around to different locations I came into this place with no expectations after getting turn around over and over, but let me tell you Michael took really good care of us, he is very personalable and made me and my child feel welcomed and I really appreciate him and his crew for that. Stop by this place you will thank me later!

This shop is the worst. The guy Mike is a bully. I had to threaten to call the police to get the key to my appointment back. He tried to make me sign some falsely paperwork that I was not that’s when he said I couldn’t get my keys to my apartment. But eventually gave me my keys when I was calling the police. Now you want to call my phone at 6:54 pm to bully me some more

I took my daughters car to AAMCO for a ‘Shift System Failure’ issue. After speaking to owner, Michael Harendt, I agreed to a $95 diagnostic fee. Several days later, Michael informed me that a more extensive diagnostic was required. After determining water in the wiring harness was the cause of the problem, I paid $782.48 for diagnostic & repairs. ONE week later, the problem reoccurred, along with an emergency parking brake light appearing on the dashboard, despite the break not being engaged. We were asked to bring the vehicle back, but unfortunately, Hurricane Beryl hit, & the area was without power for a week. We returned the car on Tuesday, July 16th. On July 19th, after not hearing from them, I called to check in. Michael immediately became aggressive saying, “I told you I would call you when the car is ready, & I haven't called you yet, so the car is not ready." Several hours later he called back. Since I’m not familiar with mechanics, I let me adult son listen on speaker. Michael started speaking to me like I was ignorant. I tried to interrupt him & he became very rude; talking down to me saying, “if you would stop interrupting me, I will tell you what needs to happen.” I let him continue. After 10-15 minutes, I again tried to interrupt to ask a question, & he became even more angry & began verbally attacking me. Ultimately, I hung up on him. He immediately called back & start speaking to me with such vile disrespect. After not allowing me any chance to respond, I hung up again. He called me back, AGAIN, & the same scenario occurred. I was so upset at how he was treating me that I hung up on him a 3rd time. Again, he called back, but my son answered & told him we were coming to pick up the vehicle. Michael told my son that I was rude & disrespectful & treating him like a “2nd class citizen.” My son explained that he had listened to the entire conversation & he knew that was a lie. After a series of rude & disrespectful interactions with Michael, we paid $782.48 for diagnostic & repairs that didn’t fix the problem and had to endure verbal, condescending attacks from Michael.
