Store very clean and organized. Spencer and Vanessa were great. I saw the TV that Spencer told me about. Process was quick and Vanessa went through paperwork with all ease.

Vanessa sent her employee to my house with incorrect information about the status of my account. What occurred on my doorstep, on camera, was a verbal and physical assault of my elderly mother.My 72 year old mother was cursed like a dog,threatened with bodily harm, and told that they would kick the door in with her behind it. My ez payment from the day prior had not gone thru, the card had expired after 2 years of on time payments to aarons.I spoke with Brandon Maddox, the district manager, without any resolution or regulation of the violent staff who verbally and physically assaulted my elderly mother.I am seeking full restitution for my mother, who had to be transported to the emergency room for raised blood pressure and heart attack symptoms.Beware this store and its employees.Vanessa was so cowardly and scared that she never picked up the phone when I called consecutively to speak with her.

I will never get anything else from this Aaron’s they gave me a washing machine that had roaches in it. This was around the time everything was backed up and deliveries were delayed by weeks and I really needed a washing machine, Aaron’s could deliver that week. Now the machine was $700 so it was not cheap she said it was used but only a month or two. I looked at it and was like ok. Oh yeah, this location was being remodeled at the time. Now, the item was delivered about week later my daughter said mom I think I saw a baby roach inside the washing machine. I just thought maybe she was half sleep, cause this is a new house and the appliance fairly new and we NEVER had roaches. Well I started seeing them, then more… I called to complain the never wanted resolve the situation they just lied and try to make me the bad person … I’m not nasty. One rep told me they would send a exterminator then lied and said I never answered the phone for the appointment. Then they tried to start messing with me claiming I did not pay when my payments where set to come out automatically by the rep at the store. I was getting harassed for months, but the payments were coming out so they couldn’t do nothing, it was something on their end that was wrong. I was at my end with them and was going to send their appliance back then some lady called from corporate and told me that I shouldn’t have any more problems.At the end of the day, all of this was due to making a complaint about them selling me a used appliance with roaches and instead of them trying to fix the problem they tried to punish me by creating chaos.

Applied for Aaron’s and ordered a Furniture set online for a great price! Vanessa called me within a week to reach out regarding my application and approval amount. She reviewed my purchase and payment options as I’m getting started. She kindly scheduled an appointment for my delivery in compliance to my availability. I have had a great online and phone experience with this Aaron’s. No complaints!

Spencer was SO extremely helpful and had a great attitude. His “Manager” (I use the term loosely) Vanessa on the other hand had an attitude worst than how she was shaped and was simply trying to milk us for the most she could while not being trustworthy. Spencer had given us ACCURATE information and was allowing us to set up our accounts separately but Vanessa came over and told him he was incorrect and tried to put all of our stuff on one person to get the most money she could. I called customer service and opened an investigation- Because shady business isn’t good business. We were referred to another Aaron’s and they were informed of the matter and they are taking care of us. Maybe they should either promote Spencer or move him to another store where he can thrive- Because Vanessa is shady.

But we just went from Florida and needed furniture fast they were very helpful and I guided the desk was wonderful if I need them again I will definitely go back it was worth it

This place is a joke. Vanessa is a horrible manager. The only person with any customer service is a young lady named Britt who profusely apologized for everything. Even if you call corporate about it they don't care. Go to Buddy's Furniture. They are so much better and completely transparent about everything.

Wish I could give ZERO! Firstly you all are rude and showing up randomly and harassing a little old lady about (items) is very unprofessional. Also was discussed before the payment situation and was set in stone and okay but this is the second time I will be gone to corporate on you all. Horrible company and people . You all are pathetic. Vanessa the GM will not give you corporate‘s number she will only give you her office number and try to resolve the problem that she caused and she won’t fix! Funny how all these locations have the worst reviews and when you ask for corporate number they give you there’s and are rude and don’t want you to complain and they are liars. Vanessa at the Spring location needs to be fired Lexi at that location is very sweet

When I entered the store; I was greeted or anything. There were no employees insight of the main floor. I even stood at the counter for a few minutes before I was greeted too. The manager Vanessa was training a new person and did not let me know or hardly showing the new employee how to do things. I was told that I did not have to make a payment today but then 5 to 8 minutes later she is asking for a credit card and a payment. They have aisles blocked so that you have to go all around which is not fire code safety for handicap customers. The manager kept repeating herself but was saying different things and was not telling the truth. Say one thing and then say the total opposite.

This store has horrible customer service ! Everytime I call no matter who I talk to they never cease to have an attitude. Not to mention they always tried to take my payment DAYS before it’s scheduled. I’ll never get anything from here ever again, I’m a assistant manager myself and I would never let any of my employees talk to anybody the way these employees do. Training definitelyyyy needs to be evaluated at this location! As many bad reviews there are about customer service at this location you’d think some people would be fired/ retrained? Just sad !
