I drop by to if they had any riding lawnmower on sale. They did not have in stock the one I wanted. But the two ladies at the store show me the one I wanted on line. Long story short my first impression was good. Very friendly to me.

Very rude manager and staff here. I came in to return a multimeter, and they refused to accept it in unused condition because of the way the packaging was cut. When I questioned them saying it’s brand new and could be sold at a discount they said all they could do is throw it away. They said why should it be our problem that you cut it open, to which I reply because you’re a corporation and accepting this return creates a repeat customer you can profit off of long term but now I will never return to this ace hardware. They commented multiple times how ‘it’s almost been a month’ but I had 10 more days to return the item. it was clear from the start they just didn’t want to help me. Not accepting the item back I can understand but the manager treated me with such rudeness that I was prompted to write this review.

Made several trips here over the past year and have always been greeted and assisted w/respect. Store is always clean staff is always super helpful. Mark is great!!! Helped w/a major purchase answered all my questions w/ease.
