Do not shop at this store. Horrible customer service including management. Tried multiple times to fix an issue and was disrespectfully told by the manager it’s not their policy even though they sold me a defective product.

Mr.Alan was a life saver for me. He help me out and explain to me how to hitch my trailer. Mr.Alan came out to my truck and look at the hitch I had ,then showed me to proper way to install it. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had purchased a small tube of silicone while in Mansfield Texas helping my son with a project on 05/24/2024. It turned out we did not need the silicone. I had returned home and took the ACE hardware at 9001 Spring Cypress Road with receipt on 05/27/2024. I was told by the manager that they do not accept returns from other ACE hardware stores. He told me each ACE is individually owned. He also told me they store did not get the $10.00 sale and thats why. When I asked if you accept the return and put it back for sale you would recover the $10.00 when it re-sales. That was not good enough. When shopping at ACE hardware you spend a little more which I have used for other purchases for the convience. I left it as the only way to hurt a business is to spend my money elsware. I will not be shopping at this location and spend my money at other hardware stores. If you have good customer service you would have gotten more that this ten dollars in the future. It hard to support small business with this kind of atitude. I think ACE should have a return disclaimer on the reciepts.
