I had bought a battery less than a month ago from AAP and it died completely. I walked into Advanced Auto Parts and talked to Kandie, Nate and Davi about the situation. Never had I walked into a parts store and received the most extraordinary service. These ladies went above and beyond to help this retired Vet. They went and got me a new battery and installed it. Their actions and dedication to their customers was pivotal in me getting home safe. I hope they receive recognition for how amazing they are.

Today at 10 am I went to ask for my guarantee of some parts that I bought and they came out as very poor quality, according to what the mechanic and the manager told me that there was a tall fat white man, he put a lot of excuses assuming that the parts were not bad and arguing that It was me for fun who wanted to change them, he lacked professionalism, he thought he knew more than the mechanic.

We had called on a Saturday evening to see if they had a specific part in stock. They said they had the part we were looking for so we drove directly there arriving just before they closed only to find out that they had not actually checked their stock when we called. While they do carry the part, they were out of it. The guy offered to check nearby stores and discovered that a nearby store had it and he said if we came by in the morning he would have it delivered via a hotshot type delivery service. So Sunday morning we woke up early made the drive back over to this store location only to discover that there wasn’t a part waiting for us. The worker on duty explained that the hotshot delivery service is not an option on the weekends but he would be happy to order it up for us and get it for us during the week. We drove over Monday evening to pick up the part and still no part had been ordered! It’s absolutely ridiculous! At this point we returned to our car, pulled out our phone and ordered the part on Amazon. We paid a couple of dollars more, didn’t get a chance to support a local business BUT the part arrived on our porch the very next day.

Competitive pricing, easy online ordering, and save on fuel prices with their Speed Perks. I have always appreciated their respect for me, not being condescending, and not assuming I'm an empty headed nitwit because I'm a senior woman; as I'm fully adept at looking up air filters, wiper blades, oil, and most parts for my vehicle.

I had come several times, excellent service! But today I arrived and apparently they changed the staff! Not at all attentive, I came to buy some lights for my truck and since they didn't want to sell, they tried to persuade me just not to buy, and not help me change some simple light bulbs! I'm not coming back even though I stayed on the corner of my house, I prefer to go somewhere else!
