Great Customer Service!! Highly recommend! JJ was so hopeful and pleasant! I came here due to AutoZone checking my alternator for free and stating that there was an issue, basically trying to get money out of me!!!! Never going back to AutoZone and will be coming to this location moving forward!! JJ even helped me with other issues I had and answered my questions with no problems!!!! Thanks for your great service JJ😊

Advanced Auto: this location is crazy busy, they need more store associates! He had to choose to install on a large sell while customers walked into an empty store.

JJ, the self mentioned store owner of this location, was very rude. Hung up in my face and was very aggressive with me when I inquired about doing a fund raiser with them for a non profit organization. JJ mentioned he would allow one every few months but then quickly changed it to him never allowing a fund raiser again when I appeared in person. Strange. JJ allowed for a baseball team to fundraise with at this location just a few weeks ago. I would not do business with him or this location if that is how the store owner treats people.

I just want to say thank you to the good-looking young white gentleman who was wearing a gray jacket with a hoodie who helped me with my car diagnosis that day. Alex was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. After going to Oreillys and Autozone, I came here. I will never go to those other places again, Alex showed he cared and did what he can to get to the solution. Genuinely a hard worker

What can go wrong will go wrong. I had the pleasure of being greeted by Terresa, who was very pleasant and helpful
She performed a vehicle scan and was kind enough to print out the codes and what they meant as well as the parts I may need, should I decide to do the work myself.
While browsing the aisles, I saw JJ restocking the shelves and learned he also worked on vehicles on the side. I was able to tap into his expertise to make an educated decision for my purchase.
They truly put my mind at ease as I was going through it. I often think of myself as being top tier in customer service, but these two individuals may have just taken customer service to another level. It was indeed an awesome Christmas gift to have met these two wonderful individuals. ❤️.
