  This place is incredible 😊 I like it a lot, the apartments are very nice and cozy, they have a great space to be your home, the area is very quiet, the condominium has security and it is good because I have a son and that makes you not are in danger. The administration is very professional, the attention is great from both the maintenance staff and the administration takes care of you and problems are solved quickly. I thank Pamela who guided my process of moving here with great dedication and made everything go in a friendly and cordial way. She is an incredible professional. Thank you Alexis Apartments. I am happy to live in this Community. 🙏❤️🙏

  I would like to Pamela for her knowledge and help with what has been a very discouraging time in my life. Pamela went above and beyond helping and guiding me thru the process of renting again.   I was behind on rent due to an injury, I spoke with Anna she gave me a reasonable deadline to have a certain portion paid cause I was facing eviction, I got it handled thanks to her.

  I was so hesitant to write this review but people needs to know what we go through at Alexis Luxury Apartments!! First off I’ve been here for 2 1/2 years and I loved it up until new management arrived Anna and I hit it off wrong she’s a bad liar and worse attitude ever!! My microwave was broken and I needed other lite maintenance Anna supposedly started a work order she informed me it’ll take 72hrs from the day I put it in “okay fine” I’m use to it happening the same day or the very next day. But the 72hrs was up I called Anna back and said no one came she said “oh she forgot to submit it. “No Excuse “ so she went on and saying some other stuff I asked her for her supervisor number she claim she had to get it and call her back “I did” No answer she purposely avoided my calls I even left a voicemail. So I was getting off from work and I went into the office and she then said she waiting to hear from her supervisor to see if I’m able to have her personal number. I said I don’t want her personal number I want an office or email address so she gave it to me. I emailed her supervisor and so happen my microwave finally got looked and that same day and the things got fixed that same day smh sad. So here’s another thing Anna sent out a email stating that they will be power washing the steps etc “THAT SAME DAY” so remove outdoor rugs plants so on. I emailed her CC her supervisor stating that’s not fair to send a text or email out saying we doing this or that the same day you not giving us working people a chance to move whatever because we at work what about people that’s out of town. Neither one replied to me email. A few weeks went by I called Anna and asked her did the guys power wash Olathe building she said Yes I asked what day she didn’t remember. So I went back to the email and told her the day and I said that was on my birthday and NO ONE DID ANYTHING THAT DAY!! I told her I can show her footage because I’ve a camera she said well I’m not doing it again. I said you NEVER DID IT FROM JUMP!! I hung up. Last week she sent out a text saying pest control changed their day from Friday to Thursday call the office if you need it. I called this was last week today is Friday I called Anna and did she put me down for pest control she said she did.. I said they didn’t come and I e been home all day up till 2pm “that’s when I called her at 2pm” she put me on hold and she told me umm they came but couldn’t get in. I said that’s a lie nor do I see them on my camera she supposed to had called me back never did and now it’s been 24hrs. We need need management this one is a liar and slacking in areas that needs fixing in a timely manner we here pay this rent that goes up every year and we get stuff that takes forever to get done or excuse “help us owner”

  Management is terrible here. They are both unprofessional and manipulative. Unfortunately, I got the opportunity to deal with both Anna and Jessica Mercado and their repugnant dispositions. Jessica Mercado's inability to communicate is something I hope no one else ever has to endure. I would never wish this management group on my worst enemy.

  I had the pleasure of leasing an apartment at this complex, and I must say the experience was absolutely fantastic. The leasing process was incredibly smooth and easy, thanks in no small part to the exceptional assistance of the manager, Anna Rodriguez. Her expertise and willingness to guide me through every step made the transition a breeze.The environment of the apartment complex is second to none. It’s impeccably clean, and the quiet, elegant atmosphere creates a serene living experience. The property’s beauty and upkeep are truly remarkable. So far, everything has been great, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to call this place home.

  I love living here.The Management team is very cohesive, responsive and thorough. I have never, and I do mean never, had a submitted request get ignored. Maintenance is very friendly, yet professional at all times. The only thing I would want to change is the addition of a pool or gym facility....but then that may take away from the large parking area.I highly recommend it here!

  I had a great experience throughout both application and move in process. Anna was very accommodating as well. The apartment is nice and was clean upon move in. This has been the best experience I’ve ever had with any apartment.

  I live in this appartment from last year. This is better appartment for safety and service. Because of management. Appartment manager Miss Anna she always take care customer first. She is the best. Good job Anna.
