I want to especially thank Ms. Olga for her excellent care and kindness. He was very helpful throughout the application process for the apartments. Their patience, professionalism, and willingness to answer our questions made everything much easier. She clearly cares about the residents and is always willing to help. My mom and I got approved for an apartment here and came to ask for more information. Olga was the sweetest and most helpful to my mom and I! Super transparent with the information and very clear about everything.

Olga talks to people so rudely, always have the nastiest attitude like she hate her job . She should’ve went to law school she loves to argue (I’m not sure why she’s in management) She’s always so defensive when you tell her your concerns.

and I'm so impressed with the community! The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light and comfortable amenities.
The staff were friendly and responsive and willing to help with any questions or concerns. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing.
I love the sense of community here - the neighbors are friendly, and there are often social events and activities to get involved in. The location is also convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and transportation options nearby.

The apartment complex is pretty nice and it’s quiet for the most part. But all of the unwanted fees are ridiculous. On the other hand a better note the staff is really friendly and helpful. Tristin one of the maintenance men here, is hands down one of the best. He’s been patient and in great communication with me throughout the fixing of my air conditioning. While I’m at work he sends pictures of the thermostat, he lets me know what’s going on while he’s there, he tells me to let him know if it’s working, just an open line of communicating all around. If I could give him an individual rating, I’d give him five stars with a second thought. Ask for Tristian if you can.

I moved here from out of state. Olga made the transition super easy. The space was bigger than I thought and neighborhood is pretty clean and safe. I only had one maintenance issue and Triston took care of it the same day. Super nice staff overall. Bonus: They have food trucks come all the time which is nice.

I can’t remember if I left a review when I first moved in but it’s worth doing it again! I’ve been living here for almost 2 months and it’s been nothing less of amazing. The office staff are amazing! My leasing agent Janelle was the absolute best and she still is to this day! Anytime I email her with questions she answers as soon as she can (same day and sometimes minutes later) and always makes sure my concerns are addressed! The process to get in the apartment was also very quick and seamless!!
Maintenance is the absolute best i’ve ever come across at an apartment complex. I wish I could remember their names but there’s 2 i’ve come across and they are always on time with maintenance request and get things done quickly! They make sure to come at the time you asked and won’t come at a time that’ll interrupt you! They always have proper tools and the job is always completed correctly!
I love it here and hope it stays that way.
