Nice young lady, but she left glue residue on my eyes ( 1st visit). I decided not to be quick to judge, I went to refill appointment 2 weeks later, I made her aware of the issue i'd had previously..... And unfortunately, it happened again. Also, the lashes (150.00 plus) are not full enough to pay that price, in my opinion. So I called 48 hours prior to my 3rd appointment, to cancel my slot, as well as the pricey membership ( 199.00 / month).
Melissa is the 'manager', and I believe whom I spoke to, she was rude, and informed me I needed to pay the 1st payment BEFORE I had to GO INTO THE SALON TO CANCEL. SHE ALSO DIDN'T CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT so they tried to debit 199.00 AND 35.00 (MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE) FOR INADEQUATE SERVICES.
DO NOT GO HERE. IT'S WAY TOO MUCH HASSLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. AS WELL AS BEING CROOKS.
I WOULD RATE IT A ZERO... BUT THAT'S NOT AVAILABLE.

I was sent to Myra at this location to get advice I had gotten about another service.
Although Myra was unable to reverse my service I had performed she was so professional, knowledgeable and I also got my brows done I will be going to back to her. THIS IS THE BEST MY BROWS HAVE EVER LOOKED!

This was my first time visiting and I had a great experience. Zuni did an amazing job on my classic set. Tatiyanna provided great customer service at the front desk. Very friendly and kind ladies!
The atmosphere is clean and relaxing.

I hated to leave my lash stylist, but decided to try out this Amazing Lash location due to convenience to my work. Everyone is amazing and so nice. Of you are looking for a convenient lash place with great employees and stylists, definitely check this place out.

I had one good experience and then 4 bad experiences. I got a bad eye infection
Lots of green goo coming out of not eyes.
Before I went back a Customer had called to complain and voiced concern because she was having lots of green stuff coming from her eyes.
Needless to say my eyelashes were ruined I had to take antibiotics my eyes were red for an entire week. I looked lit but wasn’t I was miserable.
I told Amazing Lash but they did not seem to care.
I went in Not yesterday but the day before after work and said every time I get my lashes done before I leave and look in the mirror they never look full and that’s what I pay for and that I had a date an important one well at the end of my hour
I looked in the mirror and they did not look full at all. I was told I would have to come back for a touch up. That was wed evening by Thursday 90 % of my lashes were gone
I went back in so they could see
And they still did not care
I gave them several chances to try and do right by myself as their customer before posting a bad review but they the manager Melissa blew me off
Continually.
The girls are very nice
And so am I
But I do not like getting ripped off

Amazing Lash Studio (Spring Grand Parkway Marketplace)! It definitely lives up to it's name. I was just planning to come on occasion when I had special events. However, I'm so glad I chose to get a membership. Tovah and Tiffany have taken care of my lashes well and gave me exactly the natural look that I asked for. They listened to me, have been patient with my questions, are both friendly, and knowledgeable. I'm particular about cleanliness and this location keeps the place looking nice. I don't like to spend a lot of money on "beauty"; but this is worth the money. Thanks! I'll be back for my refill, soon; but not too soon, because the lashes last when you take good care of them, follow their instructions, and purchase a few maintenance products ;-) :-).
