New to the area so I went to this nail shop (on 7/19/25) hoping to find a new nail shop. I walked in, I was greeted and sat to be services within minutes. I only went for a toe polish change due to being in a bit of a hurry. When the lady started, she asked me if I wanted a cut down. I asked her if it was an extra charge, she said no. She seemed to be in a hurry. She quickly clipped and filed my nails, to the point where it was very uncomfortable. At the end of her polishing my toes, I did not like how the polish was applied. It was almost as if she “slapped” the polish on. It looked messy and uneven. I voiced this. She went back and forth with me about the color of the polish. I explained to her several times that it was not the color but the way she applied the color. I realized that I wasn’t going to be serviced how I wanted. I told them that I was going to just leave. She told me that I had to pay $5 for her clipping my toe nails, after she told me that it was no extra charge. I was extremely disappointed with my first time visit here and even more disappointed that I had to go somewhere else to pay more than what I set out to pay for the service. I do not recommend. Do not waste your time or money.

As soon as I walked in it was pretty much empty except the toddler napping on the sofa in the waiting area and the small child spinning in one of the salon chairs. The one tech looked at me then went back to working on her co workers nails. They looked at me but never acknowledged me EVER. I waited for entirely too long! I left
Word of advice: you probably shouldn’t unnecessarily turn down business when you’re clearly (and understandably) not getting any

If there was a Negative I would pick that ! On both hands!! Fungus! Second time going and the owner did my nails! 6 out of 10 nails !!! My toes are shellac and the grow out NEVER looked like this before! Only 2 weeks! Everywhere else I’ve gone they last a month and don’t have a hard lifted shellac line! To think I paid $150 for this that included a $20 tip! NOW I JUST ORDERED $79 fungus medicine to fix! If the owner REIMBURSES me $150 plus $79 for my disaster, I’ll remove this review! I could be called anytime to be on the News, and I am NOT READY to go!! Now you are playing with my Money! I’m a publicist and will give you free advice! Happy customers tell their friends to use you; unhappy customers tell EVERYONE NOT TO!

I went in for a pedicure... The massage chair barely worked. I paid $47 for a slight French tip and it looks like my toddler did it. Not to mention it was supposed to be an herbal pedicure and all that was used was some gel lotion and a hot towel but I was charged for some luxurious pedicure... She literally put beige on my toes and one tiny white strip at the tip there's access clear Polish all over the tips of my toes some of my toes have the old fingernail Polish that I had on before. If you look from Afar they could pass for okay but when you look up close it looks hideous. Will not return... Not to mention the small rub for 5 seconds with barely any pressure I was under the impression that they do a good little massage on your legs with hot stones But apparently not don't waste your money...

arrived at 5:30 for a full set, asked me to wait for a tech, ok i stayed and waited, 6:30 they say there’s no tech available and i should come back tomorrow lol
what a waste of time!!!!! i wish i could charge them for the hour they took from me.

First time at Amazing Nails and I was impressed with my service.
Requested style: Kelly gave me exactly what I asked for!
Cleanliness: Shop was very clean.
Stylist: Kelly was my nail tech and she was AWESOME.

Gave the shop another shot when my regular shop was closed. The ladies do a great job. Even returned next day and brought a friend along for for pedicures for both of us.
Seems now many shops have decided to charge for using a debit card? Seriously? Didn’t u all insist on cards years ago so you wouldn’t get robbed?? Well this practice is gonna run off clients bc the fee basically equals the tip you would have gotten.
