Returned something that was a gift and got a gift card.. gift card is invalid (online). Super annoying plus the worker who helped me wasn’t very nice lol. Now have to try to go in store once I’m home from college to see if there’s any balance at all.

60 day return policy is dismal! W/a receipt you get store credit only! I'm talking about a purchase made on Feb. 2 at full price, two coffee mugs. Are you serious, a week over the grace period?! That will be the last $30 I spend at Anthropologie! P R E T E N T I O U S !

I am very upset at the new return policy. It was not clear on the website. Why can't some items be returned to the store? Why do you even have a store front? It is a complete waste of my time to have to find a drop off location, print a label and wait in a line. Your store could return the items faster than I can. Plus you are taking away people coming in and purchasing other items. Not a happy customer.

Smelly and they don't pick the nice things from their catalog. Also overpriced and low quality clothing. Not worth the money.

Love anthro but they do have plenty of items not worth the price when looking at quality. Also the store is a little under stocked right now bc of covid. Good customer service.
