Its a very good gym and thankfully its really near to my home and I just need to go walking.
The new management is extremely good, specially the new owner Mr. Ernesto is a nice person and he treated me very well and he helped me very much
I know this gym in this location hasn't had a good reputation lately, but I'm glad they've decided to make some positive changes. They have good equipment for training, and everything is better and cleaner now.

I enjoy this gym. It’s not the largest Anytime Fitness but it’s still a great gym. I’ve added it to my route depending on where my work takes and now it’s feeling like my new home location

A solid gym. I get in, it’s got all I need(and more) and is well kept. Just remember to push the red button on the way out, it’s easy to overlook while preoccupied 😅

SHADY BILLING and FILTHY CONDITIONS. I signed up during a special where this gym was offering “3 months free.” I never received the free months and have been charged full price every month since I signed up. The first time I brought it up, the manager said he would “look into it.” The second time I messaged him, he said he “hasn’t worked there for months” and to “contact the gym.” The gym is also FILTHY. I saw the same dead WASP in the same spot every time I went in and all the cardio machines and air ducts are covered in thick dust. The place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. I regret signing up and should have trusted the bad vibes I got when I initially walked in. If you want your money stolen and thrive working out in an unsanitary environment, this gym is for you.

I believe my husband got a membership here right before Covid. We ended up having to move to San Antonio to be closer to family and his work. He has tried multiple times to cancel his membership. Called, emailed, etc. They confirmed that the membership was cancel, but that was a lie. They lock you in with saying that he has to transfer the membership to another location if you live close to one. What if you want to cancel it completely and just not go to the gym at all!? Nope. That’s not an option. They will continue to charge you! It is now 2024 and we are still paying $19.48 every two weeks. That’s almost $2500 that this company has taken from us. Absolutely robbery! Stay away from this gym! Lies Lies Lies!

I absolutely love my Anytime Fitness! It’s quiet and comfortable. Mitchell is helpful if I ever need anything or just need a little help making sure I feel confident using a different machine or weights. Highly recommend!

I've been going to the gym since November. I started with group classes with Mitchell, which were awesome. They're super complete and you can get a full-body workout in like an hour or less. But then I wanted something more tailored to me, so I started training with Desmond. I've been working out with him three times a week for four months now. I love training with Des! He's so creative with his routines, and he really pushes me to my limits. I've seen some serious improvements in my strength and endurance. I've lost fat and gained muscle. I'm stoked with the results so far, and I can't wait to see what else I can achieve.

Imagine the worst gym possible. Now, imagine something even worse. That's AnyTime Fitness.
Let's break down what you're actually getting for the sky-high membership fee of $50/month, with over $130 in annual fees and a sign-up fee of over $100. This gym manages to drain your bank account while providing the following:
Disgustingly Filthy Bathrooms: These are consistently the worst smelling and dirtiest I've ever encountered, filled with urine and feces at practically any time of day.
Old and Worn-Out Equipment: It's clear that maintaining or updating equipment is not a priority, and possible a safety hazard.
Oppressive Contract Terms: A minimum three-year lock-in period that, if broken, results in a ridiculous charge of $2,160 immediately sent to collections without any leniency or understanding.
Unclean and Unhealthy Environment: This is supposed to be a place to get fit and healthy, but it's vile and probably hazardous to your health due to the apparent absence of any cleaning efforts.
Incompetent and Unhelpful Staff: The staff’s lack of knowledge and unavailability has only added to the frustration.
Parking is not existent: they have limited Parking and it's near impossible to drive out onto the main road it's connected to without a near death experience.
To top it all off, when a mix-up with my credit card led to a missed payment, AnyTime Fitness sent my account to collections for the full $2,000 without giving me a reasonable chance to sort it out. The staff’s ignorance, limited availability, and the mere 5-day window I was given to resolve this issue just adds to my grievance. This isn’t just poor customer service; it's a complete rip-off. I only went to the Gym about 10 times for the first month... 10 Days = $2,000 What a CON.
Do yourself a favor: DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!! It's not worth your money, your time, or your health. There are so many more options like Planet Fitness and 24-Hour Fitness that is 15 Minutes away that offer a 10,000% better experience for less.

Have not seen the owner since i signed up. Contracts are typical with other gym where you’re locked in. Make sure you read the terms on the context before you sign it. They tell you it’s $25, but it’s $25 every other week and not monthly. My fault, i got caught with the cheap price and didn’t realize it was every other week. Most of the pictures listed are from the other location this guy owns.I will say Mitchell is amazing and does everything he can to help anyone out. If it wasn’t for Mitchell, i wouldn’t be going there anymore. Mitchell truly does a lot with little backing
