Have not seen the owner since i signed up. Contracts are typical with other gym where you’re locked in. Make sure you read the terms on the context before you sign it. They tell you it’s $25, but it’s $25 every other week and not monthly. My fault, i got caught with the cheap price and didn’t realize it was every other week. Most of the pictures listed are from the other location this guy owns.I will say Mitchell is amazing and does everything he can to help anyone out. If it wasn’t for Mitchell, i wouldn’t be going there anymore. Mitchell truly does a lot with little backing

This is a small neighborhood gym and I love that! I have been in gyms all over the world because I once competed in Power Lifting and this little gym is one of the cleanest gyms I have ever been in (no "gym" smell and very clean bathrooms). The chance to use a CLEAN gym near my home is great for me. It is never crowded, even around 5pm and there are plenty of machines and free weights available. Also, Mitchell works with my son, a 13 year old baseball player, for a few PT sessions per week. He is great with kids and my son loves his sessions.I highly recommend this gym.

This is the worst set up of a gym that I’ve ever seen. I would give you zero stars if I could. Bad bad bad bad bad bad.I’ve been all across the USA to numerous Anytime fitness gyms so I know what I’m talking about. Crowded, crammed misaligned no where to stand and spot yourself. I found myself having to move all across the gym from one section to the other to properly spot. I literally had to move in front of the bathroom door to spot myself on my shoulder press .Take some time out and redesign your gym instead of taking $$$$ from members and doing nothing all day.

Buyer beware.... I signed a contract that stated I could cancel with a 30 day notice. When I contacted to cancel and put my notice in I was denied and told I signed a 2 year contract with out the option to cancel. They sent me to collections and when I dispute it the collections agency wrote multiple times I could cancel with 30 day notice. They claim I asked to cancel after not paying but that was not the case. I stopped paying after being denied to cancel... Watch out!!!

Not all Anytime Fitness are equal in quality. The Rayford location has friendly staff, but the equipment (particulary the bike and treamills) are outdated. Was unable to use the spinning bike due to the noise it made. Additionally, it's not very clean. The areas around the treadmills were very dusty; by the time I finished working out, my alleries had flared. If you need to absolutely work out, this will suffice. If you are willing to make the drive, the Conroe location on 336 is more spacious and cleaner.

I love how it’s a smaller gym, so it feels more private. A great 24/7 gym to workout anytime in a positive and safe environment, without the feeling of a bunch of people watching you. The manager, Mitchell, is great and doesn’t at all make anyone feel uncomfortable. I recommend this gym to anyone and everyone.

this AF location is easy to get to and full of lots of equipment. all the machines are relatively new, and they have a wide variety compared to other anytime fitness locations

Love love love this location. I have been to a few other locations, which were terrible. The RAYFORD gym is super clean and the equipment is updated. The gym owner and trainer are also very approachable and friendly, too!

Please DONT SIGN A CONTRACT HERE ??? I’m moving and there’s no other location close to my new place and there’s no way to cancel the contract, a WASTE OF MONEY, when you make the contract they never told you for how long you need to keep your suscription, it’s expensive considering that they don’t have all the stuff you get on another gym in the area. It’s hard to get in touch with the staff if you have concerns they never reply.

Saw an ad for the fitness challenge for women 60+ on Facebook. Decided to check it out. Started the six week challenge two weeks ago and I can see and feel gradual improvement. Mitchell, the coach, and other group members are terrific. Mitchell knows how to modify every exercise to fit individual needs. I never thought I'd feel comfortable in a gym, but I do here, and I love it.

Small gym that I feel comfortable in. Don't feel judgment from staff or patrons. Group classes are amazingly helpful, challenging, and help me feel confident about reaching my goals.

Management went in the toilet recent. They don’t use sanitizer wipes. There’s a pile of dirty rags with spray bottles.When I brought this up to them, they said I should “buy my own wipes if I don’t like it.”

Saw a post for this gym. Had never noticed it before went in met trainer Mitchell and i was sold! I'm 66 yr old grandma that needed guidance and encouragement to start this journey. I am so pleased with Mitchell and the program i chose! The gym is clean, the perfect size, open 24 hours a day, and i don't think i've met a more committed trainer. He's definitely the right person to help me reach my goals! Check them out!
