Pretty chill most of the time, some equipment is old but still functional, been going here for years and never had a problem! Only downside is every now and then you have screaming teens (could be young adults) arguing and slamming equipment/weights down and it’s always the same ones. Otherwise it’s alright

Don’t get a membership here. If you manage to cancel it get it in writing. I canceled my membership with the staff there in Nov. of 21’. They reopened my account in Aug. if 22’. I tried contacting staff about this no answer for months. So I blocked the charge and they sent my account to collections without a single warning. Fraudulent activity going on here amongst management.

This is the gym I choose to go to regularly when I’m back home traveling for work. Normally the gym is everything I need it to be but over the past month or so since the big storm we had the place still doesn’t have AC. I’m use to working outside in the hot temperatures but there’s a difference from being outside in hot temps and being inside, working out, in hot temps. Yesterday 8/3 the gym was 93 inside, today 8/4 the gym was 96 inside. I do enjoy working up a sweat when working out but this is just ridiculous and needs to be addressed. Plus, given how much everyone is sweating from the heat, it would be nice if the sanitizer and cleaning stations were kept stocked.

Owner should be shamed of himself! The ac is broken and the facility is disgusting. There is no water in the toilet and feces and urine everywhere. Please do better your paying members do not deserve this garbage! Get your ac fix! This is Houston!

The equipment is in terrible condition. The gym is dirty and whenever I stepped in I felt very uncomfortable as it is mostly men and they seem very territorial with the equipment and weights. Never going back

Like what the others are saying, cancelling a membership is a pain. never answered calls. sent email without reply. had to physically comes several times in between my work schedule and most of the time no employee is in office! had to pay 250USD upon cancellation which was never explained when signed up. The problem is getting in touch with the manager/employee there. once you do, the cancellation is quick. Gym itself is fine. No complaints. The price is rather premium and I would expect a good customer service! the manager has been changed since i first sign up, hopefully the current manager can improve the service quality, otherwise, I would not be surprised if this place loses members in an accelerated pace.

Management is horrible. There is never anyone there to answer the phone. I even slid a note under the door for someone to call me because they were overcharging me and I still was not able to get a hold to anyone until a month after.

You will not be able to cancel regardless of what you’re told by the person signing you up. Read the terms carefully because they will hold you to them even if you’ve been charged for two years and haven’t stepped in the building.

Absolute joke of a business, won't answer the phone, won't return emails or calls regarding membership. If they answer your 20th call they will claim someone will call you back and get off the phone with you as quickly as possible and will continue this for months on end with no quit in sight. Don't sign a contract with these people it's a scam!

I canceled my membership over a year ago as I was going off shore just to learn when coming back to the states that they have been charging me for over a year. It took weeks to be able to reach someone at this location to even cancel my membership to begin with. Overall extremely poor not even worth the star I have to give them to review. Would not come back and would encourage others to go elsewhere but to check your bank statements often since they like to continue to charge after canceling.
