We switched from Verizon to AT&T and it’s been a bit of a chaotic transition because of incorrect communicated information. I came into this store today desperately wanting accuracy and professionalism and found both.
Isaac came to assist and was extremely thorough in his support. I appreciated his transparency and knowledge as we sorted out the mess that the phone employee caused. In the middle of him helping, he asked another employee, Cynthia, for some additional support. I loved seeing these two employees working together so seamlessly. Cynthia could’ve acted busy or like I wasn’t her customer, but instead she jumped right in and joined the incredible help I received. I can appreciate team players and these two are that in this store.
I left with answers, action items, and BOTH of their contact info. that’s helping win me over to thinking this company switch might’ve been a good idea. They’re both gems. Thanks!!

I went to the store to buy a new phone and disconnect a line I had purchased for my late mother. The account is under my name—I'm the sole owner—yet they refused to cancel the line unless I provided a copy of her death certificate. I explained that since it’s my account, I should be able to add or remove lines without proving anyone else’s status.
They told me to go home and get the death certificate. I refused and again asked why I needed to prove she had passed when the account was mine. I asked for a manager—his name was Chris—and unbelievably, he asked if I had a photo of her death certificate on my phone. That was incredibly insensitive. Who keeps something like that on their phone as a constant reminder of losing a loved one?
I still don’t understand why proving her death was necessary when I could already prove ownership of the account. I’ll be taking my business to Verizon.

Wouldn’t let me pick up my PAID FOR PICK UP order after driving 50 minutes to pick it up because I didn’t have a plastic drivers license. I had an official, valid State of Texas paper License as my old one was up for renewal and they issue a paper one in the mean time. Their pick up rules state that you have to have a valid drivers license, which I did.

I had gone to the other location at 249 and Spring Cypress and got terrible service they are clueless at that location. Came to this location at kuykendahl and Grand parkway and I got knockout service. They were able to solve the issue with my wife's iPhone and have me back on the road in less than 15 minutes these guys know how to really troubleshoot something. Really appreciate the folks at this unit location

Walked in and immediately was attended to. After explaining my situation they helped me out so quickly and explained everything I needed to know in such a clear way. They came out with my desired phone quickly and any time I asked them to do something concerning my account they told me it had already been done. They even sat with me to search and choose the best phone case I can possibly get within my budget which was super useful since I've broken my phone too many times now. Efficient, understanding and most importantly extremely friendly, ATTs customer service in person and even over the phone can't compare to any other business I cannot recommend them enough.

Jeremy was awesome. Injadbso many questions and he never acted any way except professional. The store was very busy and effident it was understaffed as therbas only 2 people available to handle all of the customers.

I don't give 5 stars often, but I've had 2 excellent experiences at this store. I was helped immediately after walking in, employee was knowledgeable, polite & well educated on products and insurance (assurion). I was in and out in under 20 mins, new Galaxy S24+ phone in hand. Best experience I've had with AT&T since we started using them about 10 yrs ago!
