Be careful with the employees at this store because they'll lie and upcharge you. Went to get a new phone and asked for one that was included with our plan. Gustavo M., who was the rude, snarky employee who couldn't have been more bothered by the fact that we were making him do his job, gave us a different from than we asked for and didn't tell us. We didn't find out that he gave us the $800 phone until the charges showed up on our account. If you go to this store, watch out for the guy with the middle part and beard. Be sure you ask questions here. Very disappointed and quite frankly, very angry.

I stopped by to get a new phone and the person who take care of me was very unfriendly, I needed help deciding on which one to buy but he seen kind of annoying with me been indecisive, he make
Me feel very uncomfortable and he was making comments “ IPhone 16 has 3 cameras, do you know how to use the 3third camera?”
I was planning to make an upgrade for all my 3lines but at that point I just walked out from the store because customer service should be a number one priority and yes there ppl like me that we will need extra help to make decision.
I probably going to look for another cellphone company where they appreciate my business
