The manager is the worse. The sales agent was trying to help us and get the manager to override so we could upgrade our phones bit his only answer I can't we can't do that. We had to go to another store to pick up our phones. When we went to the store off Tomball PKWY the manager did an override in the system for their new ID verification. He was so helpful. This Tomball location did what this location didn't do. This manager is lazy, rude, and just collecting a check.

The associates were all inviting and warm, My family got service from a young man by the name of Eduardo, he was very professional, personable and kind. He was proficient and got us out of there in a timely manner. We enjoyed our experience.

Please be cautious when working with the staff at this branch. It does not matter whether you are an existing customer that has had ATT service for years or a new customer.
I encourage you to be careful of what you ask for and proceed with specific, detailed questions about how to get what you need. Next, have the person that assists you tell you what the standard procedure is to support you during your visit, then make sure they explain exactly what they are doing and why.
When the staff discusses what the “best promotion” is for your request/purchase, more than likely they are referring to what is best in terms of the commission they will receive based on your transaction rather than the best way to save you money and value your time. This team does not exhibit the qualities associated with the role of customer service such as courtesy, diligence, and communication. The team members here will complete an order or transaction without proper, thorough verification of account status, available connectivity, or compatibility of devices/services.
The staff is also reluctant to take accountability of any errors or issues they overlook or may avoid you altogether.
The managers support these patterns and do not willingly volunteer to take initiative or complete proactive research with the customer in mind. They will look in the opposite direction instead of coaching their team about how to efficiently fulfill the needs of the customer without inconveniencing them in the process.
Every answer this staff has for your inquiries will more than likely start with “My guess is this happens because…” or “I’m going to assume this will work correctly…” or “I’m not sure why, but what it could be is…” before they open their tools to confirm and responsibly complete any investigation surrounding the topic/situation.
Lastly, if you are a person who has a disability or you are elderly/senior citizen, (or you have friends/family/peers with any of these distinguishing characteristics) I must warn you that the staff at this branch will not hesitate to take advantage of your circumstances or lack of knowledge. The team at this location does not service this type of customer with compassion or consideration and has no problem getting their payout then sending you on your way without making sure you are set up for success. So, if you do not have anyone that is able to advocate for you then, I suggest you visit another location.
I’m writing this review as someone who can’t imagine how defeated and discouraged a person in a more difficult, strenuous position than myself would feel if they were to experience this atmosphere. It is shameful to see anyone being taken advantage of but especially those that may not have the will or resources to defend themselves in such a predatory environment. Always get the contact details of who assists you, keep your receipts/documents, and be sure to ask questions to verify what is happening. Please protect yourself. God bless!

Tiffany is AMAZING!! I was swindled by the ATT Neighborhood Mafia and switched carriers. 5 lines and wifi. The door 2 door crew set up the service, but it was a mess!! I had to visit the store to get it corrected. Tiffany went Above, Beyond, Below, ANDAROUND to assist me amd get it fixed. After about 30 mins...i walked out with a smile!! Thanks Tiff.😉

Mr. Angel showed humility and professionalism towards me and my family. Unfortunately his other colleague who I don’t have her name remembered had a tone attitude and made the energy feel negative so I asked Angel if he can help us with our problem on the account and changes made for obtaining new phone and phone number. He has patience and I appreciate his will to communicate and answer our questions and concerns. If any client/customer needs assistance please see Angel and he is bilingual Spanish speaker.
Update: the rude customer service is named TIFFANY. Now I remember. Her presence alone makes others and myself feel unwelcome. Just by looking at her eyes and listening her tone of voice she doesn’t want to work but she does want to sit and idle her phones. My mother came to make changes of the account and she has stage 4 cancer which is a miracle I didn’t break my bearing otherwise I will be furious and put her in shame and place to Tiffany. You don’t know what people going thru, whatever personal issues you have don’t bring it at work because chaos will create problems. Anywho I thank Angel who helped. Wanted to let anyone who come across the Latina Tiffany don’t do business with her. Tiffany find another type of job, your making AT&T image look bad. People now a days don’t like the truth only lies and no one wants to take accountability from their behavior or attitude but it catches up to all of us and have to either change or become worse. Both work and personal life.

Terrible Experience – Appointment Meant Nothing.
I scheduled an appointment at this AT&T store to upgrade my iPhone, thinking it would save me time and hassle. Clearly, that was a mistake. I showed up on time, checked in, and waited patiently… only to watch a walk-in customer get helped before me. When I asked about it, I got some half-baked excuse and was told to “just wait a little longer.” What’s the point of booking an appointment if you’re going to get skipped anyway? Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. I expected better service, especially when appointments are supposed to be prioritized. Won’t be coming back to this location. Manager on duty was Andres and speaking of the manger he wouldn’t allow me to cancel my watch line. The Representative That helped me , his name was Carlos , he did a amazing job with my moms upgrade and explained everything to her and understood her needs and situation about her new phone and account , he is the only reason I would go back and want his service only.

The assistant manager is apparently not allowed to help guests. Would rather go sit in the break room. Same with a few other employees. Very infuriating.
