The guy at the front desk was very unprofessional and dismissive (I believe he's actually the supervisor) . Kept wanting to send me to another store for tech support when all I needed was a replacement because the screen for my phone isn't available. I have warranty and my screen is cracked. Feeling unappreciated and undervalued as a new att customer I went to another store. Is this how att treat their customers?? Wow I'm speechless.Next time listen... it's free..

Was given false information that product availability on replacement was out of stock in all Att stores and that I needed to get a phone from Best Buy. Also informed I would have to pay a restocking fee on a phone I just purchased 15 days ago that internally malfunctioned . Went to Pinecroft AT&T store and phone was available and replaced at no charge or restocking fee. The staff and manager of the Cypresswood location need to be better trained on handling customers issues.

I went in with questions surrounding getting a new device. I was excited to do this for myself, and slightly apprehensive because I don’t upgrade often. Unfortunately my experience made me second guess everything. I walked in and the store was empty and quiet, all staff members looked up at me and one member called from behind the desk “How can we help you?” Not wanting to involve everyone in the room in my inquiries, I approached the team member and quietly (the store was so silent you could hear a pin drop) told her I was in the market for a phone but I had questions, wasn’t sure, etc. I was met with a blank stare. I didn’t feel welcome. Judgement filled the silence. Throughout our whole transaction, the staff member made me feel like I had inconvenienced her with my lack of knowledge. She refused to reciprocate curiosity and expected me to know everything. I again reiterated I had just some questions and she says loudly and brashly, with a sour look on her face “Ok… so I’m helping you.” I was embarrassed because all the other staff members are overhearing this conversation and I am starting to feel helpless and inadequate. I tried to ask about multiple things to which were met with short, annoyed responses. I didn’t understand how being a customer with questions for an expert could make me feel so uncomfortable and wrong. I’m shy, so maybe I expected the worker to be more helpful. Then she and another worker behind the desk shared a long laugh about something unrelated on Twitter, her demeanor turned cold again when she turned her attention back to me. I felt outcasted. Though I remained polite and respectful, the frustration I was causing this member was evident. I felt awful for being a customer in an empty store. (They were not closing soon) I’m sorry to the staff member that found my naive questions about storage and transferring data to be no brainers or common knowledge. I’m sorry that she dislikes ignorant customers. I really am. I understand. But honestly, kindness can take you far. I’m writing this because it’s true you never really know what people go through. As a service industry worker, we have an opportunity to be helpful, patient and kind. I do not want to step foot in this store again because I felt extremely ridiculed and demeaned for not knowing things about technology. AT&T already has a bad reputation surrounding customer service. I don’t know why I thought they’d be better in person. I was just humiliated and left feeling like I had inconvenienced them. I just want to spread this message to remind people to slow down and be kind, it doesn’t cost a thing.

This store has the worst customer service and I have ended my service with AT&T after years of service because of my experience with them. Their store manager is rude and deflects responsibility. It was very clear the priority is only about sales and not the customer. I highly do not recommend going to this store.

Came here to get a new phone and Alexis was super helpful! She answered all my questions and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

Terrible service. Manager was so rude. Would not tell me his name nor employee number and later found out he was an assistant manager. The supposedly manager with no name was not any better. I would rate the store a negative-1 but I had to submit a star. Would not help a senior citizen with phone problem.

Being haven't not expected to go through so much for trying to get a phone for a sister who is stabilized in bed. The sell young but tried to sale me a $800 phone with $85.00 dollar a month payment for service, plus, $16.00 amount for phone for 3years it was mind boggling. She only told me only about the price for the phone payments only not the service. So once I found out on other I canceled an still they charged me fees for shelf time another $60.00 gone for within 2 days having the phone. This place I will never go to ever again. Sister on a fixed income, couldn't afford this an I surely wasn't be able to. So no this experience was not good standard for any Seniors on short income an try to lot u into something with out tell use the whole story. No thank.
