Disappointing first visit to this store. My husband and I visited this location around 3:30 today looking for information on potentially moving our service over from a competitor. Greeted with a mumbled “Welcome In” coming from a table near the back where a female associate sat with 2 people. We waited around a bit. Then a bit more while she completely ignored us. Another customer came in and was greeted with the same mumble. When we decided to leave I let her know we would not be giving this store our business and she said she was working with these 2 people - okay that’s absolutely fine - but what about a greeting of “Hey Welcome In! I’m actually working with these customers right now but have a look around and I’ll be with you as soon as I can!” instead of ignoring customers and letting them wonder what’s going on and why they’re being ignored? Could’ve turned this whole visit around instead of losing our business.

My husband and I went into the ATT store on Rayford by Riley Fuzzel. We were looking to update our phones and it was an easy process. The young lady who assisted us and her manager were both friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience.
