Associate Joanna and Manager DJ are simply the best! We came to this store after a horrible experience at the at&t store in Spring and had a completely different experience here at this one. Thank you so much Joanna and DJ for being so helpful and providing exceptional customer service! They went above and beyond to help us. Manager DJ even helped Joanna over the phone after his shift was over. It can be so easy to be nice to customers, instead of rude. The associates at the Spring location need to come train at this location and take diligent notes!

I got the box from store someone had to come out to connect just like I called in an asked for service while guy connecting a sales guy came to the door to offer us a deal on cell phones internet suppose to be 50.00 a month the guy abt the phone stayed until almost midnight waiting on Uber while scanning bank card for deposit when he said it was free

The only reason I gave them a 1-star is because there is no 0-star option. The level of incompetence of the store staff and the manager Matt is absolutely staggering. They sold me the wrong phone, and while I was still in the store I realized that they did, I told the employee Dan and said that he would just simply exchange it. But I had to pay the taxes on the new phone, instead of the difference between the two. He was unable to exchange it in his system and had to call Matt for instructions. Neither of them could get a simple refund of my original payment. After spending 4 hours in the store (yes, 4 damn hours), they then claimed it would take 72 hours for the refund to post. I waited 2-weeks, and still no refund. I go back to the store and another associate has to call AT&T corporate to try to get my refund. AT&T says it's a store matter and must be resolved there. The associate calls Matt and explains what's going on and Matt says "oh yes, I remember this, I will take care of it when I get back in tomorrow." It's now been another week and Matt has still not refunded my money. Btw, it's been over 3 weeks and I STILL don't have my money from this store. Matt is a liar! Buyer beware!!!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THEY'RE NOT AN AT&T CORPORATE STORE AND THEY'RE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!!!

Came here as I’ve had issues with my new iPhone 15 Pro Max order and Matt the The store manager was very helpful although we had no success with what needed to be done as there’s issues on the back end of AT&T customer service. I would highly recommend using Matt as a fellow rep in this store, Messed up my initial order as I am now waiting almost 3 months to finally get a phone that I have yet to get still get . If you’re gonna come to this store . Highly recommend only asking for Matt.

The sales rep Jordan inside the store was super helpful and explained everything with my phone . He fixed my problems and did very for me ! Very polite and probably the Best service I've had in a long time .

The store manager at this location was absolutely professional as well as supportive. His name is Jordan. I have had the very best customer experience in this store because of Jordan and his associates Yohalmo. These men are definitely positive and productive representatives for AT&T. I am beyond grateful for their service.

It appears that the sales person CHASE FRAUDULENTLY added a new line to my Att service. The store manager has been notified with NO RESPONSE. The employee, store and regional manager has made NO EFFORT to attempt to contact me or reply to numerous inquiries. I would AVOID ATT and this store location. I am currently attempting to resolve issues with Att unsuccessfully spoke to regional manager and he claims the unauthorized line added to my account was a simply misunderstanding. No...its theft. I would suggest avoiding doing business with Att or itleast this location. Beware because resolving issue has been unacceptable and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's been few weeks since an employee fraudulently added an additional phone line to my account. What? ATT store manager, regional manager stated that it was my mistake and I was confused. Surprisingly ATT has yet to reply to customers comments and review. Maybe it's because they reply is BS. The fact is an ATT employee that fraudulently added line to my account and I was responsible for activation fee and monthly service. I 100% percent know that I NEVER REQUESTED ADDITIONAL PHONE LINE OR TO AGREE TO PAY FOR ATT EMPLOYEE CELL SERVICES. The ATT employee who "ACCIDENTALLY added a line to my account is still employed at ATT...most likely stealing fro. It's customers. I would AVOID this location and check your ATT monthly bill for any FRAUD. I wish I had recording of conversation with Regional managers accusations that I was attempting to perpetuate FRAUD. What a joke.

Do not EVER get a phone with this store specifically. These people will not switch your phones over correctly and then will not be transparent about how the process works on switching phone companies. My previous phone was still receiving text messages and phone calls for weeks after I left there, they told me everything was taken care of with my last phone company and that AT&T would pay my final bill (NOT true, you get a small rewards card) and they will tell you there is nothing they can do to help you after you've already signed up with them.TRASH customer service!

I was a serious customer that went in to see my options of switching providers and all they wanted was for me to just say ok to “let’s do this today” “if you do it today right now we can give you a better rate” and when I was asking questions and not making a decision without my wife the guy got mad and just left to the back. Worst customer service ever. Ended up going to the one by cypresswood and did everything there instead. Felt like I was at a pushy car dealership. I just like no know what I’m paying for and apparently he was just worried about another sale.

Allowed someone to use my information to open 2 phone lines with 2 iphones. I have proof it happened at this store on Jan. 8th 2022. Notes on account say definite Fraud sent to collections agency which sent me letter yesterday 10/11/2022 at my home address. Please make sure to check IDs as you are supposed to before using any information people give you.
