Blew out my speakers, won’t even do a free diagnosis for the damage they did to my car
Was told need new alternator & battery, when problem was actually that the brake light switch was broken. Can only laugh at the absurdity and incompetency. God knows I’ll be back for my 3rd warranty rack & pinon when this one also breaks

Amazing experience! Amy was fantastic. I was in a bit of a pickle leaving town when my AC compressor went out. Amy and the crew got on top of it, and were able to fix it the same day. I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you so much amy!

I really liked it here. The service was great! My only complaint if you can even call it that. Is I had an 11 AM appointment. And, my car wasn’t brought in until 1130 AM. I was apologized to and told the inspector was out running the shuttle. Which okay, but it kinda made me making an appointment, pointless. When the inspection only took 10-15 mins to do my inspection. So I was left waiting for 30 extra mins than necessary.

First time I have ever been to this location. The customer service upon arrival was amazing and I felt like they were very honest and listened to what I needed and didn’t try pushing anything else on me. The only issue I did have is the fact that it was 24 hours to replace a tire valve when I had an appointment and I had to call and find out my vehicle had been completed.

We love Sun Auto. We have been there many times for various things. They have been fair and honest and reasonably priced. The only thing they have ever done wrong is quoted a price too high so they had to charge us LESS than what they had originally said. ?. Love those surprises. They have a couple of times even done things for free like changed lightbulbs and such. Great people!!!

I’ve been faithful to this establishment even when they never have the filter my vehicle needs and other places are A LOT faster but today was the last straw. I had called DAYS ahead so they would have the filter and I show up to no filter. I was told I’d be worked on at 9AM and they didn’t get started on my vehicle until 9:45AM. I wasn’t informed of any delays and was given no apology. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I will not be back.
