I was referred to Bob's shop by the guy that was to perform my inspection but he knew the car wouldn't pass because of the issue that showed up on their machine. The guy who referred me is Garry over at Valvoline on 1960. Everything he told me about this place was absolutely correct!!!! I was able to get my issue taken care of and on my way. I will be going back for any car repairs in the future.

Today was my 3rd time taking my vehicle to Bob’s Auto. Though today was the first major job. I got my A/C fixed followed by a few other things. This really is a great place from the receptionist to Bob. Very happy with my service from them. Keep it up I will be back!

Have gone to bobs recently and they have fixed my AC and side door previously. I have a serious leak somewhere in the car where water gets inside and has gotten the entire floor wet. Not only did he not fix the problem but also charged me for the labor. I get it’s a business but it’s like he didn’t even bother to check underneath the carpets or the trunk where I discovered there was a pool of stagnant gross rain water. Thanks for nothing

My car would NOT start Monday morning so AAA sent me a list of their recommended shops to have it towed to. I selected Bob's after seeing their ratings and how long they have been in business. They did not disappoint! The Office Manager/Receptionist was super friendly and kept me updated on what was going on and made sure I was okay with the work they were doing. She called me about 2 hours after the car was dropped off to them and told me it was fixed and ready to pick up. The technician that greeted me was very kind and professional as well. Great service, and great price. Thank you Bob's Auto Express!
