Got a Quote from the Autonation Collision center for a minor issue , it lead to a Carfax collision entry even though no repair was done for that issue.

My vehicle has been in the shop since January, and we’re now approaching May. The lack of communication is astounding. I informed the collision center that I urgently needed my vehicle to be completed, as I needed to move out of state. I’m now living in a different state, and I still haven’t received my vehicle. I’m not sure if they’re waiting for a half a year to go by or what’s happening at this point. I’m extremely frustrated and unsure of what steps I should take next. I’ll be adding any updates to this thread.

I was initially helped by Tom to get set up with my estimate and then Erik handled everything else. He was very professional, communicated with me constantly and made sure that my insurance provider is aware of all the changes. He helped me make the process with minimal involvement from my side. There were slight delays due to parts availability, but Erik communicated that to me right away and kept constantly checking in to provide an update. He also followed up with a call to make sure we are satisfied with the provided service and even arranged for some minor corrections. I haven’t made time to stop by the auto body shop to make that correction, so that’s on me. I am very satisfied with the service and care provided by everyone involved. Erik went above and beyond and made me feel that my business is appreciated.

I had a great experience here. I had some storm damage from the hurricane last fall and needed a door repaired. The paint match was flawless and it was completed in a week. Very impressive. I'll definitely use them in the future!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I currently have had my car there for over 2 weeks for repairs and have not received a single call. I have been the one to initiate the calls for updates. Everytime I call no one picks up and when they do, they have very little info on the repairs or knowledge of timelines. I have never received such poor customer service.

John is the man! Kept me updated with my car almost every single day, told me everything I needed to know about the pieces my car needed, & when I got my car back, it looked as if I never got in a wreck! Would definetly recommend this place to friends/family/others, as long as they ask for John.

My insurance company had me go here after my accident in november 2022, they had it 3-4 months with very minimal communication and when I got it back, my jeep was throughly messed up, the alignment was off, it had a death wobble, there were very well used parts on it, parts with the plastic and paper still on it, parts that were so loose, that they came undone, and original parts where after market needed to be. I did say that if a original part is safe and usable, put one but put after market where needed, after several tries of bringing it back and them putting a bandaid on it, I finally gave up and made some adjustments with my husband and fellow jeep friends and has a new shop fix it, having to drop 1600 on something I shouldnt of had to fix. So poor customer service and mechanics. Dont bring your car here and of your insurance wants to send you here, ask to have it sent somewhere else, esp. if its a jeep with mods on it!

They have no real process for parts ordering it’s three months now and I’m driving a car that still needs parts and the lights are not matching which is ridiculous for the amount they received from my insurance. I’m beyond frustrated.

DO NOT bring your vehicle here, absolute worst experience I’ve had with an auto shop. They never called to approve the work, and a mile down the road all the service lights turned back on, they charged me for an alignment I didn’t need and ignored the real issues.

It took 11 months to semi-complete my vehicle and it still wasn't complete. I had to take it to a different place to get them to complete their work. It's unacceptable!!!! I understand things come up but I shouldn't have to bring my car back at least 4 times to complete a repair order. The manager John intentionally deceive's you with empty promises, never returns phone calls consistently and denies that they either need help or is untrained to work on my vehicle. I'm totally disappointed and dissatisfied.
