I received the advertised truck at a fair price. Very pleased with the sales stafff, the finance staff and the general manager stopped by while my new truck was being detailed. One of the best buying experiences I’ve had in 30 years of buying vehicles.

Everyone was very professional, polite and nice especially Michael. He made my first experience doing business with the company comfortable and not overwhelming. He reassured me every step of the way. I came back the following day to get my truck detailed and the team did an amazing job. I travel for a living and I often bring my family; we all know how a one year old makes messes! Thank you all and a BIG thanks to Michael and the Team whom detailed my truck! I will be back for more service with all my vehicles as well as spread the great news.

I was emailed to provide my honest review in order to get automatically entered into a drawing for $100 visa gift card. Since y’all asked, I will share my Honest review. This is not to talk about and start anything.
My car was not repaired although it was within the Autonation warranty after only having the car for a month and about 2 weeks....the issues with the vehicle were due to previous owner and should have also been discovered during the inspection when it came to the car dealership lot and again throughly when it was sold to my wife.
When we brought the car into the service dept for repair after taking it to Infiniti and having them complete a diagnostic test, the service dept at Autonation could not take our car in the shop for 3 weeks due to not having loaner vehicles available. Which resulted in us driving the car for 3 weeks in a faulty vehicle with 2 children under 2. Not safe. After driving a loaner for two months (granted Hurricane Beryl played a part in delay).
In addition, it was mentioned that one of the sales manager would repair the car but we had to pay half at about roughly $500. We have still not received any phone call or email for how this decision was made when we were not at fault.
The entire process after the sale of purchase has been awful and I even contacted corporate and nobody assisted me with my complaint till this day…..Worst customer service ever and I’ve been working in customer service for over 12+ yrs so I’ve shown patience and understanding this entire time.
Aaron in service is the only one that has been trying to help and be the most understanding but overall Autonation as a whole dropped the ball on this. I have names for everyone that has and has not reached out. I think the customer service here needs to be looked into seriously.
This is my honest review. I’ve been respectful, patient and communicative the whole time. I just wish the same energy was felt on the company’s end.

The service department of this dealership needs improvement at this time. It took them 7 days to replace two batteries in my vehicle and it was returned to me with grease on my floor mat, steering wheel and interior driver side door. Wish I had taken pictures before I cleaned it.
