When first arrived, only 2 people working and already had a line! After standing in line for about 25 minutes a third person came from the back to help out.

I was sold a bad battery at another Autozone and instead of offering to help me, the jerks here said I had to take my battery back to the Autozone I purchased it from to swap it out. They didn’t care that the Autozone I purchased it from was over an hour away and I am now stranded because of the bad battery sold. No compassion or intelligence here at all. Everyone from the manager to the employees only care about how much money you can dump in their store, not one second given thinking about the image of the company or their interactions with customers.
