Alternator on my wife’s car went out so went to this location. Rodney helped me out checking the alternator and made sure I was able to get everything I needed to get the car fixed.

Your three guys at the counter were more interested in talking to each other than helping me. I asked if AutoZone price matched they said not online. I tried showing them an H-E-B item that’s in stock at the H-E-B half a mile down the road and they had no interest in helping me at all, they just said nope so I’m glad y’all are willing to turn down money. I just went to H-E-B and bought it there. No big deal.

This location is always on point… From the manager to everyone who works here… Always walk in ,get what I need ,and I am on my way… Had a issue with my battery coming in from the Woodlands and decided to stop at another AutoZone, which was an emergency since my battery Was on the fritz… Stopped at other location at (25325 Kuykendahl Rd, Tomball, TX 77375) and asked if I buy a battery here if they would replace it… It says they would on the window for free… Of course they came up with an excuse of why not to change it because of a plate over the battery which has four screws on it… I should have been sarcastic and said I will remove that plate but instead I said I will go to the other location where I am 100% sure they will change it for me… sure enough I did come to this location without hesitation he came out, removed my battery, and replaced it within 8 minutes… I purchased the battery and I tipped the guy who changed it for me… Absolutely loved this location… As for the other location, I mentioned I hope Corporate takes a good look at their management because I am sure they are missing out on battery purchases because of the lack of wanting to install batteries… And not only that- I am sure their management at the same store doesn’t want to deal with the attitude of their workers having to change batteries, or maybe does not have enough initiative to have their employees do their job--and yes, I did leave a review for that location —Nevertheless, the Hispanic manager at this location with the five star rating I am giving them is direct and to the point person and their staff all seems to fall into the same attitude of their management… Thanks again at this location for all that you do.

Finnally!! have found an autozone with guys who actually know what they are doing!! Rodney has just earned my business for as long as he is there can't. Awsome guy! Great experience! Will be back!

If Autozone had a face representing them for great customer service it would definitely be Alan and Dakota at the Kuykendall and 2920 location. Alan was quick and knowledgeable and Dakota gave me help, recognized my vehicle, went above service and verified my brake set and advised me of an upsell on brake cleaner and why it was important to purchase. Kudos to mgmt for finding some great associates.
