matthew helped me replace my battery and tested the alternator and did it all in 110 degrees temp ... was so impressed that he let me sit inside while he was sweating hard in the sun ...very impressed and most of all had a really deep good conversation about the world ...he defiently has character of a good manager

I absolutely love this location because they have incredible staff like LUCY, who is willing to go above and beyond to make sure that each member is served with kindness and grace. And then you have incredible Customer Service by BIJON who has such professionalism that seeps from the phone call all the way to the entire experience stepping foot in to the store. And last, but not least the management like FIL who praises the employees and also gives thanks to fellow veterans like myself.
I shop here because of the atmosphere. I do not have much knowledge in the auto mechanic world so it is nice to have patient AND willing representatives to fill that gap with Professionalism in its GREATEST form. Thank you for another wonderful experience!

The service at AutoZone was exceptional! The entire team was incredibly helpful and provided outstanding customer service. Mike went above and beyond by taking the time to look at my car, helping me figure out the issue, and recommending the right part to fix it. I truly appreciate his effort and willingness to go the extra mile. Great experience overall!

Neil (I believe a manager) exceedingly went above and beyond to help me. I left my house and when I turned on the AC it was blowing hot air. Since I was on the way to pick up my young children I knew I had to figure something out. Thank God I chose to stop here. Neil assessed the issue with accuracy, told me what to buy and then assisted me getting it installed. I’m not sure what I would have done had he not assisted. Kudos to him for being a Good Samaritan to a random stranger.

I had some workers with me to build a fence on a property I own. We usually head out to the work site at 7:00 AM . Our truck batteries needed to be replaced. So we went to this AutoZone to purchase some new batteries. We got to the store at 7:00 Am. The store opens at 7:30 Am. Two workers arrived at the store at 7:10 AM. They saw us standing at the door and opened early for us to buy our batteries. We purchased the batteries and were able to start our work day. This is Amazing! Thank you for your wonderful customer service Chris C. (Sales representative).

Wendy and Chris solved 2ptroblems that I have been dealing with for months. 1 Stripped screw on Positive connection to my battery. MANY times car would need jump because of bad connection. 2 Problem replacing w/s wiper. They solved both problems in a few minutes. SMART PEOPLE. THANKS!

I went yesterday to buy the container where the coolant goes, a lady named Isabella helped me.The lady speaks Spanish-Castilian, I ask her for the product, suddenly she comes with a box that she charged me directly without showing me what was inside that box.I told him can you show me the product, in a bad way he removes the adhesive tape which is left hanging, I told him to cut the tape, I wasn't going to take it hanging like that, he told me to cut it myself. I stay silent, I'm the one who opens the box to see if it's the product since she didn't show it to me. Then I ask him how many years the product has a warranty, he responds in English, I tell him that I don't understand him, he tells me in Spanish, he continues telling me in English, at that moment a customer intervenes and tells me that the warranty is for life. I tell the client thank you and she answers that she doesn't even make an effort to learn English... I stay silent again. Next, when he is going to charge me, he tells me to enter the phone number. I enter it and he tells me it is Carlos or Jennifer. I tell him I will have to be Jennifer. How am I going to be Carlos? He says I don't know, it could be Carlos... I told him I'm going to file a complaint so you know about your poor service...Anyway, I don't know how that person is serving the public, a saleswoman should never confront a client and even less fail to respect them as she did to me, something that I did not lack to her...I hope they take action on the matter because I'm sure what it did to me and it must have done it to more people.Greetings.

Matthew was absolutely awesome. Had a rough day getting my parts off my truck, and he really turned the day around with jokes and levity. He also provided excellent customer service overall, troubleshooting issues and discussing mechanic problems. Having an ASE certification, I appreciated his talent and overall help. Keep it up sir, Autozone needs more of this. I stopped going to the Kuykendahl and Louetta (18615) store because of a really bad experience with Nadia ( General manager) being rude and making negative comments. Matthew has redeemed the Autozone standard in my eyes and should be rewarded for such behavior. This is the standard of great customer service. Blessings. I’ll upload photos with the gentleman
