Store manager was very disrespectful to my children and I. Told us she refused to help us unless we waited in the exact spot she wanted us to. This made my 10 year old son and 14 year old daughter very uncomfortable because of the angry tone she used.
Please be respectful to your customers. I live 5 minutes from this store and hope to continue to do business. However, the employees should respect their customers

This location denied helped and stated we don’t do batteries anymore and or help with any battery install after 2020 because there are “so many wires”.
There were none. If the women didn’t want to do my battery, all they had to say. Instead of making up incorrect rules.

I’m so tired of the website saying this store has something in stock and you call and they don’t have it. Worse you drive there and find it on the shelf after they said they didn’t have it because they were too lazy to look for it.

Stopped here today because in the morning I had stopped at a different location to buy windshield wipers and a bulb. My dad thought he could install, but couldn't and I know nothing about cars. Went in and right away was helped. Mr. Kelechi was asked to help us install wipers and he did promptly with a smile. I didn't feel bad/silly for not knowing anything about cars. Gracias everyone there for your help!

i went online to check if you had my part a air filter for me dodge Springer and got directions, ads about all kind of junk, but could never figure out how to check if you had my part. gave up and ordered on Amazon and will get it tomorow.

Brandon gave excellent customer service. Came with a dead battery, he tested it, cleaned up all the rust and corrosion, then tested the alternator and something else. Turned out to be loose connections as well as corrosion. Went from a dead car to driving out of the parking lot in no time. He was great.
