Daniel DESERVES A RAISE!!! He tested both of my batteries in my car the front and back after seeing why my engine light was on, come to find out I was sold a faulty battery recently at O’Reilly’s, Daniel assisted me with getting the proper battery for my vehicle that actually WORKED unlike O’Reilly’s claiming to sell brand new batteries and they’re dead, Daniel went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me, amazing customer service and professional! HIGHLY recommend THIS location

Great store. Very helpful. I accidentally grabbed the wrong wiper blades. When I went back to exchange them they helped me get the right ones and even helped put them on.

I called before I arrived to confirm my headlight was in stock. I arrived at the store and Benjamin greeted me as I entered, quickly found the item for me, and checked me out. He asked if I needed assistance with removing the old light bulb and was kind enough to assist me. He was very patient and helpful. I’d come back to this location again! Thank you Benjamin P!

I was having problems with my vehicle staying on,(charging issue). I am a construction worker and after being in the sun all day, I just wanted to get home and take a long cold shower. I pulled in to this location to see if they could help me. It was 15 mins till closing but Amber was so helpful and friendly. I don't see that much. And I didn't expect anyone else to be so helpful, so close to closing time. She was able to suggest a solution and it did help me get home. Thank you Amber. If I was the manager, you would get a raise or at least named employee of the month.. it's nice and very refreshing to get customer service that is helpful and with a smile. You were this tired man's hero tonight. Thanks again Amber. You and your family will be blessed for your help!
